Zermatt it's expensive. Very! With that out of the way, it's beautiful, organized, has quality and a must see!

I like the view. Prices...too high!!!! The hotel: Bistrol Hotel was nice and charmy, but...that all. In every restaurant the 2 persons meal: 150 euro - no drinks! A bottle of wather: 8 euro. The ski pass: 80 euro/day. Really..I never seen these prices untill Zermatt.

I was lucky enough to find a clear weather when i visited Matterhorn. Its very beautiful with a good cable car ride till the glacier. This is mostly visited by skiers. Ice palace was good too.

Nice beautiful view from our hotel but it's been overcast and foggy so didn't get to see all the peaks clearly. But the town is pretty and the surroundings are beautiful in good weather

Check to see what the weather is predicted to be at the peak when you check into your hotel. They will know if you need to go immediately (as we did) or if the next day would be better etc. The cog train ride is so fun, but the top is breathtaking! Mount Rosa is the highest peak in all... More

tho'' the other alps are beautiful too , but the Matterhorn is the one I guess most fotographed , n thats why I wanted to see it. It does have a majestic pull about it. Tho''' I guess its best in winter , but we did get to see some snow when we reached the top.

I love the beautiful unspoilt mountains and also the very efficient and clean restaurants in the mountains.

The Matterhorn is the postcard view of Switzerlanda and impresses everyone who goes to Zermatt, no matter what the season. If you can get an early morning or late afternoon view where the light turns it pink, lucky you!!

One of the best experiences ever! This should be part of everyone's bucket list. It has some of the longest and best trails for snowboarding/skiing. Well worth the effort to get to here.
