Lido Locarno is a unique oasis for recreation, sport and well-being.Its hot spring, swimming pool, water slides and play pools make it the best equipped stateof-the-art aquatic park in Ticino. Indoor and outdoor pools are open throughout the year and are located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Lake Maggiore, surrounded by a dramatic alpine scenery on one side and the magnificent lake on the other. Visitors can swim, relax and have fun in the pool and lose themselves in the lake's tranquility.

Me and my girlfriend made a 4 days jorney between Bellinzona, Lugano, Ascona and Locarno! We stayed 2 days in Locarno and we searched on the Internet about some spot to relax and have some fun at the same time: Lido Locarno it's that place! Fantastic!

Super clean pools! Amazing views! Great amenities, THE best pool facility I've ever been too! The thermal baths are incredible, you can overlook the lake, view the mountains and soak in the warm water!

If you go to switzerland, this is probably a good city to visit between a lot of town switzerland has. The place is nice, it has a nice lake and view. Still, the grand plaza and historical monuments and building are few. It is not a very interesting place to visit. I tried to see and read as much as... More

Must be the most perfect Place for a Spa. The outdoors pool by the Lago Maggiore with the surrounding Mountains in moonlight was pure magic. Nothing can be more relaxing or romantic!

We visited on a Friday afternoon, driving from Stresa into the mountains and looking for a way to break the journey. It's expensive, no question. Think it was about 35CHF for a family of four - but don't let that put you off, this is not your average lido! There are many pools - hot, cold, for kids, for swimmers,... More

Nice place with great activities, including large water slide (modest extra-charge) and jumping boards (as high as 10 m), indoor and outdoor swimming pools and lake access. There are two types of beach-lounge-chairs, for 3 francs and those for 5 francs. The latter ones however cannot be pulled down onto the spacious lawn (for unknown reasons) and should remain up... Today we went to the Lido. The entry for a swiss swimming bath was unbelivable expensiv (CHF 13.-). The pool was overcrowded and there was rubbish everywhere on the floor. The staff was friendly. I'll never come back - I'll go instead on the free public swimming bath right from the Lido with no pools but the lake!

Dear Travelfa2, thank you so much for your visit to Lido Locarno. We are sorry to hear that you deem the entrance fee to be too expensive and we are also quite surprised to hear so since Lido Locarno, during the summer, offers 7 pools: if you compare Lido Locarno to similar structures (Swiss and international) we think that 13...
