The furnicular opened when we were in Interlaken and decided to take it up (the start of the season on the 25 April 2015 we got two ways for the price of a single way ticket). The ride up doesnt take very long and the views at the top is stunning. We hiked down which took about 1hr - 1.5hr... More

I went there with the family early October, took the train to the top, scenes were really stunning for 5 min then fog came and we saw nothing, I think it will be great in the spring and summer.

The tram was not working as the restaurant was closed and we decided to hike up the mountain. The hike took us 4 hours in total. The view from the top was stunning, to say the least, and made the journey worth it. I would recommend bringing two water bottles and lots of snacks for your journey up the mountain.

Go up on railway from Interlaken, Just resaturant and gift shop, but if you go try their Rosti it is great, we enjoyed ours and it was a reasonable price. You can see all over Interlaken from the top.

Any part of Interlaken is always stunning. The place is very near to Interlaken Ost Station. Unfortunately it a very short visit for me since that time rushing to catch train to Luzern. There's cafe up there. Im going there in early morning, if only I got enough time have a nice morning coffee up there.

Easy access on light railway. Then a gentle walk to vantage point. Sensational views of both lakes and area from on high. Great café.

The views from the Harder Kulm are absolutely stupendous! Interlaken and Unterseen are spread out below you and you also get wonderful views of Lake Thun across to Spietz, and of Lake Brienz. The funicular ride up from close to Interlaken Ost is very enjoyable; you can walk up, which friends have done once, but it a very long and... More

Really good system of hiking trails. The glass roofed train was a good idea and added to the experience. A good way to see the valley.
