Location for many international film and programs including Malaysia's own 'cinta jangan pergi' is a naturally beautiful located on the swiss highlands. I never seen such a clean river here. Interlaken is absolutely breathtaking.
A perfect location to visit amidst the Swiss Alps during summers. A planned trip enables the right booking in advance and also proves to be economical. A lot of places of stay to choose from right from expensive hotels, apartments, chalets and hostels at the heart of Interlaken. We enjoyed our boat ride on lake Brienz from Interlaken (exit the Interlaken East train station and walk towards the river) to Brienz. It was about 1.5 hrs. with options to stop at a few other small towns along the way. It is free for those with a Eurail Global Pass. You can also have table service meals/drinks on board....

The journey to the Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe, at 3454 metres Europe’s highest altitude railway station, is the highlight of every visit to Switzerland. It offers visitors a high-Alpine wonderworld of ice, snow and rock, which can be marvelled at from vantage terraces, the Aletsch Glacier or in the Ice Palace. On clear days, views extend as far as...
