Grindelwald First has a zip line ride from the top that takes you up to about a speed of 80Km. It is called FIRST FLYER. You get strapped in to a harness and away you go. It will take up to 4 persons side by side for the ride. You can also take the trottibikes all the way down the... More

I can't find any place to write a review of the trottibikes, so I will place my review here, where hopefully it might be seen by those interested. We took the gondola from Grindelwald to First. Got off and hiked to Bachalspee Lake. Absolutely fabulous experience on a clear day. The scenery is beyond beautiful. On the way back down,... More

Travelled for two hours from Wengen to do this, queued for 20 minutes and as we got to the front were turned away and told "too windy". Now i'm sure they know the risks and they can't control the weather so that's fair enough but getting further info like 'is this likely to be temporary' 'is it worth staying around... More

An exciting way to see the alps if you're looking for some different kind of adventure. It's really fun, but the price is way too expensive for such a short time in the flyer. It took about one minute from the start til the end. All in all It's absolutely worth a visit when you once go on Mount First.

The First Flyer is a nice way to experience the Swiss Alps in the air. Unless you own a special ticket, you pay 27 CHF for the ride as an adult. After reading and agreeing (signature) the security rules carefully, the staff will seat you in a harness and fastens the belts. Don't worry about your bag, they will look... More

This is our 10 year old son’s favorite experience of his life so far, and it ranks in my top 10. It begins with a quad zipline ride, and ends with an exhilarating and bucolic scooter ride into Grindelwald. I had to stop my trotti bike several times along the path to take photos, including scenes like solar panels on... More

My teen daughter asked to do this and I initially thought 'ho hum, a kiddy ride' but how wrong I was. This is an amazing experience from spectacular views of the mountains to the ascent by cable car, the descent on the First Flyer (which is an excellent zipline; long and fast!) then either a descent to the bottom station... A great way to start a trip down First - try the First Flyer, then a hike to Bort and then trotti bike (scooters) back to Grindelwald!

This was sooooo much fun!! We travelled from Wengen to First early in the morning via the cable cars and paid for the ride when we got there. No queuing, the two ladies were excellent at explaining what to do and we managed to video the whole experience. Would have loved to have done it again but we had the... More

We recently had the WORST customer service experience imaginable. We made a plan for our last day in Switzerland to travel from Wengen to the zip line attraction, First Flyer, high above Grindelwald. It took almost two hours by train to arrive at the ticket office. The woman at the bottom of the gondola sold us four tickets for the... More
