Take a stroll or a boat ride , get off at a stop and explore, take time to see dotted towns along the lake. Spend a day with no plan but to see and enjoy

It's a very good place to stroll around. The city is beautiful. A walk tour is suggested to see and enjoy the beauty of city. Though crowded, you have lot to see. Souvenirs of Swiss cannot be missed, and comparatively economic.

An evening spent around Lake Luzern is memory worth a lifetime. Apart from the beautiful lake itself, so many places around the lake worth your time too.

We took a boat ride to head out to Rigi. The evening view was breathtaking. It is surrounded by mighty alps from three side and other side is Lucerne city. We loved the boat ride. A must visit place for all.

Lake Lucerne compliments the small city of Lucerne very well and fits in very picturesquely at the foothills of the snowy Alps. A must-visit place and sure for photo spots! The cruise on the lake is also a must do as it takes you closer to nature !

Wee took a spur of the moment ferry ride from Lucerne city centre to Vitznau and return as the we had a (rare) clear winter day in the middle of February. This took about 2 hours as a round trip, but you can easily hop off at one of the small towns along the way, take a walk and hop... More

Have visited Luzern a few times now and always have a fantastic time. Views from the lake are stunning! Taking a boat trip is the best way to explore all the area has to offer. In summer paddle steamers run on the lake which is magnificent. Highly recommend a visit!

Every where around teh Lake it is beautiful - start to explore it with a rented bike! Or just walk around and enjoy the lakeside and it's nature and some bars!
