Fantastic concert hall

This concert hall was designed by architect Jean Nouvel and is quite amazing. The acoustics are great and the overall atmosphere is unique

Knew the place from previous concerts and events, but when I went to "A Pirate's Symphony" I was simply overwhelmed. They put the entire event hall into the Pirates theme, but no cheesy, boring theme park plastic stuff, rather fine dining in a high end setting with projections and a lot of high end materials worked into the setting of... This is a wonderful concert hall. The acoustics are fantastic, and all the seats offer a great view. We prefer the seats to the side of the stalls. It is a double row each side at an oblique and perfect angle. It does not matter if you have seats next to one another, or behind one another. For those interested... More

The architecture by Jean Nouvel is exceptionel, roof is kind of floating over the whole cubus. The concert hall has an great accoustic for all kind of music styles. Interior with lot of wooden parts, like the body of a ship. Location at the lake, nearby the ship station is just splendid, exceptional view to Rigi and Pilatus

This is a world class musical venue. The programming features top talent in a wide range of genres, from Classical to Jazz, Blues to Yodeling. We find the prices to be a bit high, but you get what you pay for. The acoustics are outstanding from every seat in the house.

Usually there are no concerts in a city when I'm travelling but I was lucky to get a ticket to Verdi's requiem. My seat was high up and not recommended for anyone with vertigo. However line of sight and sound were excellent.

This beautiful modern building is situated close to the railway and boat stations. It is very beautiful and has great views over the lake. It is obviously popular with the locals as well as tourists judging by the queues. There are several restaurants and bars closeby if you fail to get in!

Enjoyed Verdi's Requiem here with the Luzern Symphony and a visiting chorus from Latvia. We had tickets in the front row of the second tier. The view of the orchestra was great, and the acoustics are good. The concert hall has a varied programme of classical and other music during the season and is well worth trying to get tickets... Beautiful concert hall. Front of house staff very abrupt & not friendly - they could take some tips from the Royal Opera House which is smoothly & efficiently run with manners!.

went to see Titanic Live in KKL. Seating was poor for prices charged. Orchestra and choir were brilliant. Toilets were blocked the night we were there so was very bad smell around area
