Many good concerts as well as exhibitions . I attended a very good lecture there. You can obtain a program at the tourist office or walk inside to get program. The building is very contemporary and located right by the Lake

What a lovely evening to attend a performance here. Good acoustics and seating. During my visit, there was an interesting roster of various types of music. Located directly on the lake. Perfect atmosphere.

Super modern and cool. Concert hall itself is relatively intimate. Great accoustics as advertised! My only problem is that there is a rail that protects us from falling over, but it was absolutely right in our eye-line to the performance - for both my wife and I. That was really annoying (1st row balcony) in what would have been a... More

This building stands out because it is a modern black building right on the edge of the lake, surrounded by much older architecture. The auditorium is very good, with excellent acoustics.

My girlfriend took me to the Randy Newman concert in the KKL. The building has long been one that I've found fascinating. Wonderful architecture, the performance hall is lofts up and producing an airy feel. The acoustics are brilliant and there are plenty of bars to get get drinks at during intermission. We found standing outside at the fountain and... More

What an eyesore. Even on a sunny day it looks like a giant black aircraft hanger. Inside is just as bad with yards of concrete walls and characterless architecture.

Attended as an optional on our tour - wish maybe I had done something else instead. The show was just standard a performance and had some audience participation. The set menu was very basic, and all in all not worth the amount paid for the show and dinner. Find something else to do.

Great Architecture: Building and concert hall. Try the balcony on the Top Floor: This alone worth a trip to Lucerne. During the Lucerne Festival one can enjoy the best Hotels around the World, Especially the Lucerne Festival Orchestra!

Be sure to take a guided tour of KKL on Sunday mornings. Go behind the scenes and marvel at the design of this building. Afterwards have a Sunday lunch in the World Cafe, with great contemporary dishes in a fab setting...enjoy!
