Very beautiful and inspiring for any age group, not only children. Museum has four floors and a huge variety of installation. Never seen so many cute things in one place. There were the entire cities made from dolls and toys, everything very realistic. Not only toys, but also vintage umbrellas, cards etc. Tickets are quite inexpensive.

This is a fantastic museum of puppets, dolls, and stuffed animals. My friends poo-pooed it before I went, but I'm glad I insisted! Well worth the time and nominal cost of admission. I recommend it!

I only recently learned all about Steiff bears and looked for a place tp purchase bears and this museum came up. The collection is incredible and it must be worth millions. If you are into teddy bears, Stieff bears, dolls, etc., this is the place to go. There are at least five floors to this museum. I believe it is... More

Unfortunately finished already. But the permanent exhibition is worth a visit. It's huge and a lot of the toys are animated. A great treat on a rainy day. If you join the free wi-fi you can get information to nearly any exhibit.

I love toys. So when someone says let's check out the toy museum I say, "why not?" You had better love stuffed bears. They must be here my the thousands. Then there are the dolls and doll houses. Wow. I can't imagine how many hours were spent putting each doll house together or how much this collection is worth. I... More

My wife and I visited this museum in the hope that it would prove of interest. We were not disappointed. The exhibits are over four floors, and we enjoyed seeing the various bears, dolls, dolls houses and miniature presentations accumulated over the years.Well worth a visit to spend a couple of hours. A cafe and small restaurant are also situated... More

This museum is a must if you like teddy bears, dollhouses and old toys. The building is packed with dolls, working toys and all sorts of dollhouses. There is a shop with a fine collection of toys and dollhouse things. This is more for adults who have a hobby for dolls.

Anyone who has ever owned and loved a teddy bear or a doll, for that matter, must absolutely visit this excellent and singular museum which casts one back to a simpler time in one's life, filling one with nostalgia, joy, and even marvel at the ingenuity and painstaking work required to create these childhood toys and companions.

"Don't touch anything in the museum shop! No strollers allowed! (Even though there were tons of strollers upstairs) You must stand outside the entrance of the museum (in the rain) to give your child a snack! (Even though the café is steps away)" this steady stream of DON'Ts were our first experience with this museum. The "interactive" aspects of the... More
