My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rafaella's farm and the cooking classes that she and our instructor Stefania facilitated. Our suite had a gorgeous view of the valley below the farm and was well equipped with a kitchenette and complimentary olive oil and wine (made at the farm) – the wine was so good we bought 2... More

I had never known Umbria before - and found I had missed some magic! The cooking classes lead by Stefania and Raffaella were great. Being in the country at a farm location meant everything was fresh, fresh, fresh. And we had a marvelous experience discovering the hidden magic of Perugia and Assisi. Overall, it was the best experience yet.

We had a wonderful time with our chef, Stefania. We learnt how to make tagliatelle which was very interesting indeed. The special Italian bread is a must and will definitely be a regular at home!

We had such a nice time at Raffaella's home and really enjoyed her company. Her home is very peaceful and well equipped. She provided us with fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil and wine that she produces on the farm in addition to pizza and breakfast items. Raffaella went out of her way to make us feel at home. The cooking... More

My husband and I enjoyed Let's Cook in Umbria five years ago for our anniversary. We had an opportunity to return to the lovely farm last month. Raffaella (and family) was a perfect host - welcoming, flexible with our arrival plans, and accommodating special cooking menu requests (truffles, please!). We took the 3 day cooking program with Stefania (the chef),... More

We (a group of four), had a fantastic day in the company of Raffaela and Stefania. So fun to both see and participate in the making of real, authentic Italian food. We also had the pleasure to cook with Kim and Shawn from the US, and their nice company also added to the experience. We we will indeed try the... More

My friend and I were looking for a day-long activity to do during our trip to Umbria. I came from NYC and she came from London. We expected a silly and fun day of cooking and eating but we actually came home with real cooking skills! Raffaella runs a warm and friendly operation in her home on a beautiful farm.... More

This was the best experience on our trip. Raffaella and Roberto were very warm and their home is so welcoming. The instructor, Stefania is a lot of fun. We laughed a lot while preparing our meal. The produce is fresh from the farm. We used the farm's own olive oil and wine. I know that the menus can vary by... More
