We finished our trip to Florence and Rome in Umbria. Raffaella was very welcoming. The Apartment was comfortable. The scenery beautiful. Cooking classes are held within Raffealla's home. The recipes were easy and delicious. I have made them since returning home. Would recommend this to family and friends visiting the area,

Staying at Raffaella's place and cooking with her was very fun. It is definitely something to do if you are around the area! Raffaella is very kind, she makes you feel at home. The food is exquisite and the landscape is beautiful. Thank you so much! We all had a great time

My husband and I were so excited for our cooking lesson as it was a nice experience to break up all the sight-seeing during our 2-week trip in Italy. No one else booked that day so we got to enjoy a private, half-day lesson with Raffaella in her beautiful, cozy home. The idea of cooking four courses seemed daunting at... More

We had an amazing 3 days of cooking with Rafaella in her country house in Umbria. We learned lots in a relaxed and fun setting and thoroughly enjoyed cooking with one other couple each day and sharing in the food we had made together for lunch. Rafaella gets everyone involved and enjoyed sharing her special family recipes with us. We... More

We had a wonderful time learning Italian Traditional recipes in the Umbria countryside. Raffaella, who taught the classes, was patient, informative, and warm; and made it a delightful experience.

Raffaella's class was like a day in a family kitchen with an experienced aunt. From the warm greeting at the door to the dog in its basket by the fire, this is a family home. Raffaella has a background in science and her lessons covered both the art and science of cooking. I've never had much success with pastry and... More

Raffaella was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I wanted a cooking class in Italy, and Raffaella managed to work us in on short notice, which was amazing enough - but then we had the class! Raffaella (and her sleeping cats) taught us how to make an eggplant appetizer, homemade pasta with a delicious tomato sauce, a pork loin (with an... More

What an experience with Raffaella! Our class turned out to be a private lesson for my wife and I. Raffaella was great at explaining techniques that made making fresh pasta and a crostata dough so easy. Everything was so fresh. We started with an eggplant Parmesan appetizer followed by our fresh made tagliatelle with a simple tomato and garlic sauce... More

We had the best time EVER here! Rafaella saw to every little detail to ensure that our stay was perfect. From stocking our rooms with cakes, jams, wine, coffee etc to organising tours to nearby villages. The cooking classes were so much fun and we learned a lot about how to cook the Italian way. This was my second visit... More

We had a very warm welcome from Raffaella. Our apartments were filled with wonderful fresh fruit, cakes and wine from the farm. The cooking classes were great fun, very informative with lots of tips on Italian cooking. Eating our lunch under the grape vines served by Rafaella was very special. Nights were just magical, eating cheese with wine under a... More
