We spent two days in a lovely apartment with a countryside view. The apartment was fully equipped, including foods for breakfast, as well as, a bottle of olive oil and wine from Rafaella"s farrm. We thoroughly enjoyed our two days of classes which included a 4 course meal and wines each day. We have since made several of the recipes,... More

Rafaella was super quick on my last minute request for a class and was able to accommodate us the very next day! The instructor, Stefania (?) was super sweet and funny! She really loved food and to cook and it showed!! The food was delicious, torta with stracchino cheese with rocket, homemade pasta with pork cheek, zucchini and saffron, chicken... More

We stayed at the farm which was Probably our mistake. Have not showered in 3 days no hot water. Dirty bed smelly towels. The cooking class was lovely though although they cooked with oregano from a jar I don't how old. Stay in Assisi instead of the farm.

The guests spent two days in my farmhouse and every morning they had a cooking class in my home, therefore we met every day but they never talked me about the lack of hot water. I've known about this problem reading the reviews that was published the day after their departure. I checked the apartment and I discovered they had... More

Rafaella was able to accommodate me even though there was only one other mother and her 8 year old daughter available on the day. Stefania and Raffaella made us very welcome and taught us how to make delcious panna cotta, pizza dough, tagliatelle with two different tasty sauces and fantastic chicken & Proscuitto roulades. Then our husbands joined us to... More

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rafaella's farm and the cooking classes that she and our instructor Stefania facilitated. Our suite had a gorgeous view of the valley below the farm and was well equipped with a kitchenette and complimentary olive oil and wine (made at the farm) – the wine was so good we bought 2... I had never known Umbria before - and found I had missed some magic! The cooking classes lead by Stefania and Raffaella were great. Being in the country at a farm location meant everything was fresh, fresh, fresh. And we had a marvelous experience discovering the hidden magic of Perugia and Assisi. Overall, it was the best experience yet.

We had a wonderful time with our chef, Stefania. We learnt how to make tagliatelle which was very interesting indeed. The special Italian bread is a must and will definitely be a regular at home!

We had such a nice time at Raffaella's home and really enjoyed her company. Her home is very peaceful and well equipped. She provided us with fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil and wine that she produces on the farm in addition to pizza and breakfast items. Raffaella went out of her way to make us feel at home. The cooking... More

My husband and I enjoyed Let's Cook in Umbria five years ago for our anniversary. We had an opportunity to return to the lovely farm last month. Raffaella (and family) was a perfect host - welcoming, flexible with our arrival plans, and accommodating special cooking menu requests (truffles, please!). We took the 3 day cooking program with Stefania (the chef),... More
