Better than a tee shirt is to take home cooking skills from Italy. Raffaella and Stefania created a practical menu of Italian culinary treats that definitely translate to our kitchen back in the States. We had a delightful day and ended it with a fabulous meal - that we cooked! We consider ourselves good cooks and we enhanced our skill.... More

My daughter, daughter-in-law, and I took the one day cooking class. We loved watching and helping. Eggplant appetizer: we will definitely make at home. Gnocchi:I loved it especially the easy fresh tomato sauce. The pork loin was delicious, but not so special. The crostata was also delicious and I hope to make that, too. We enjoyed eating the food with... More

We had a very enjoyable day as my family of 12 helped in the cooking of a four course dinner with the assistance of Raffaella. She is wonderful and we learned so much ! Raffaella showed us how to make a special dessert ravioli and made it look so easy ! We can't thank her enough for such a great... More

I wished for a cooking class in Italy as a birthday present to myself, and Raffaella and Stephania made that dream come true. I am considered a very good cook, and enjoy new challenges. The class, learning to cook an authentic Umbrian four course meal, completely met my wishes. Stephania explained what we were doing, and why, very clearly so... More

Our time spent at Raffaella's farm was better than I expected. The apartment she had was just right for the two of us. Steffania, our cooking instructor, was very skilled at presenting how the various courses were prepared and cooked. My wife and I cook a lot but we did learn some good tips on making pasta and the sauces.... More

Just spent 4 days at Raffaella cooking school and it was a great experience. The farm is in a beautiful setting, and the program is well planned. I really enjoyed the classes and eating the 4 course lunch we cooked. Raffaella makes you feel right at home on her farm. An experience to remember.......enjoy!

We loved our cooking class at Let's Cook in Umbria! Raffaella's Farmhouse was such a beautiful and relaxing setting to learn to cook traditional Umbrian cuisine. The food was delicious and the conversation with friends and family magical. We are so thankful for Raffaella's willingness to accommodate our 8 month old. If you are traveling in Umbria...it's a must do!

We had a wonderful time at Raffaella's over the Easter Weekend. We cooked, ate, were taken to an Easter procession, wine tasting, olive oil tasting and several Easter inspired tours. Stefania was a fantastic cooking teacher, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. The accommodation was comfortable and I would do it all again tomorrow!!

The setting, the host, the teacher, everything was wonderful!! My only regret is that we were only there for 4 days. Good was delicious, fun to make & very easy to follow. Raffaella is a beautiful, lovely host & Stefania, a fabulous cooking instructor. It's a £25 trip into the town of Perugia, so take advantage of the afternoon excursions... More
