We (a group of four), had a fantastic day in the company of Raffaela and Stefania. So fun to both see and participate in the making of real, authentic Italian food. We also had the pleasure to cook with Kim and Shawn from the US, and their nice company also added to the experience. We we will indeed try the... More

Taking part in a cooking class in Italy was something I have always wanted to do and ''Lets cook in Umbria" did not disappoint. The location is superb on a beautiful farm and Raffaella is so welcoming. I learned lots of new skills from the wonderful teacher Stefania. It was hands on cooking that i have replicated back in London... More

My friend and I were looking for a day-long activity to do during our trip to Umbria. I came from NYC and she came from London. We expected a silly and fun day of cooking and eating but we actually came home with real cooking skills! Raffaella runs a warm and friendly operation in her home on a beautiful farm.... More

This was the best experience on our trip. Raffaella and Roberto were very warm and their home is so welcoming. The instructor, Stefania is a lot of fun. We laughed a lot while preparing our meal. The produce is fresh from the farm. We used the farm's own olive oil and wine. I know that the menus can vary by... More

The cooking class is an experience I will not forget. Not only because of the cooking experience itself. The environment brought me back sweet memories of childhood and having my son with me made everything more special. Rafaella and Stefania work with true passion and everybody felt at easy and worked well. A delicious menu, everything hand made with super... More

Better than a tee shirt is to take home cooking skills from Italy. Raffaella and Stefania created a practical menu of Italian culinary treats that definitely translate to our kitchen back in the States. We had a delightful day and ended it with a fabulous meal - that we cooked! We consider ourselves good cooks and we enhanced our skill.... More

My daughter, daughter-in-law, and I took the one day cooking class. We loved watching and helping. Eggplant appetizer: we will definitely make at home. Gnocchi:I loved it especially the easy fresh tomato sauce. The pork loin was delicious, but not so special. The crostata was also delicious and I hope to make that, too. We enjoyed eating the food with... More

We had a very enjoyable day as my family of 12 helped in the cooking of a four course dinner with the assistance of Raffaella. She is wonderful and we learned so much ! Raffaella showed us how to make a special dessert ravioli and made it look so easy ! We can't thank her enough for such a great... More

I wished for a cooking class in Italy as a birthday present to myself, and Raffaella and Stephania made that dream come true. I am considered a very good cook, and enjoy new challenges. The class, learning to cook an authentic Umbrian four course meal, completely met my wishes. Stephania explained what we were doing, and why, very clearly so... More

Our time spent at Raffaella's farm was better than I expected. The apartment she had was just right for the two of us. Steffania, our cooking instructor, was very skilled at presenting how the various courses were prepared and cooked. My wife and I cook a lot but we did learn some good tips on making pasta and the sauces.... More
