We had a very good afternoon with Bruno. He knew very much about the environment and the making of the wine. We have tasted the best biologic wines of the Chianti and also different tastes of honey. The places we visit were very good en the people were very, very kind. Bruno, thank you very much. We liked this excursion... More

What a great guy!!! My wife and I had one of the best days of our two weeks in Italy with Bruno. His passion and enthusiasm for both this amazing part of Italy where he lives, and the opportunity to share it with others was evident from the moment we met at the gates of San Gimignano. I think he... More

I spent a very pleasant morning walking with Bruno as my guide through the countryside, vineyards and small mediaeval villages near San Gimignano - including part of the ancient salt road from San Gimignano to Pisa. The walk was up and down hills and sometimes on uneven surfaces – so a moderate level of fitness and good shoes/boots are needed.... More

We have been to San Gimignano and the area several times and felt we knew the area quite well. We had never hired a guide in all our previous travels but decided after reading Bruno's brochure in our hotel to hire him to take us on a nature walk. What a memorable experience it was. We walked a small portion... More

Although we loved every one of the days that we spent in Italy, our day with Bruno was the best! We started our day in the Tuscan hill-town of Siena where Bruno taught us about the history of the Palio horse race while standing in the Piazza del Campo where it takes place. From Siena he took us to the... More

I can't say enough positive things about our day with Bruno in San Gimignano! His love of his home town really shines through as he tells you about the history of the town, as well as bits of Tuscany history. San Gimignano is just beautiful -- I can't count the number of times I said "Ooh - that's so beautiful!".... More

We met Bruno at the gates of San Gimignano at 9:00 PM for an evening tour, after the crowds were gone. The streets were neatly deserted as he showed us around, describing the history of the area as well as the town. Bruno is captivating and the town was magical. His knowledge is very extensive. He gave us a CD... More

We wanted to learn about teh history of San Gimignano, the buildings, etc, and were lucky that our hotel (L'Anitco Pozzo) pointed us toward Bruno. He took us all over the town, explained the history of the area and the town, and showed us all sorts of interesting things. Friendly, and extremely knowledgable, I highly recommend Bruno. His English is... More

Bruno took 2 friends and myself on a two and a half hour walking tour around beautiful Tuscan countryside just outside San Gimignano. He was very passionate about Tuscany. As we walked he explained about local agriculture, food, wine, plants, animals and how important tourism is to the area. Occasionally the odd thing was lost in translation... but it didn't... More
