Before our trip, I had signed us up to do the beginner cooking class here at Il Vocario. We had trouble finding the road to get there and GPS was not working on the Iphone, so Katia had to come to find us in San Gimignano. Followed her up to their place for the course. We donned aprons and learned... More

We went to Tuscany as I wanted to experience a real Tuscan cookery course. This was my 40th birthday present from my partner so I know a great deal of research went into booking it. This was an amazing course. Katia was brilliant and so much fun. Katia and Falvio were so patient and made us feel like proper chefs.... More

We are always very lucky to meet nice and friendly people like you. It was our pleasure to open our kitchen and show the real and family tuscany cooking. I hope you posted lot of pictures on facebook for your friends and the dinner you did at home in UK was great. Hope to meet you again. Ciao Katia&Fulvio More

We had a wonderful time cooking and tasting wine with Fulvio & Katia. The warm hospitality, picturesque location and teaching from Fulvio and Katia made our last night in Tuscany perfect. We would highly recommend this experience. More

We cannot say enough good things about our experience at Il Vicario. We’re a group of 7 friends, sharing a love of food and wine, travelling from all corners of the world. We were meeting up in Tuscany for a week and top of our list was to do an authentic cooking course. We weren't interested in becoming 'Italian masterchefs'... More

Dear Magnificent 7, I'll never forget all of you, and I still smile remembering our email! You proposed to catering at my wedding! I didn't have my honeymoon immediately after the wedding, but I had fantastic time with you and I hope you keep going to travel with your friends. Thanks and hope to meet you again in Italy. More

Katia was awesome! We had a wonderful time and learned so much. We made over 8 dishes and had several bottles of wine, so it was well worth the price. It was also some of the best food we ate in Tuscany. Katia gave us all the recipes to take with us so we can make all of the dishes... More

One of the highlights our our recent 2-week trip to Italy. Katia definitely made this a fun experience. You can read the menu of what we prepared on others reviews. Would highly recommend this experience. Ask for GPS coordinates if they don't give them to you. Will make finding this property much easier. More

Katia did a fabulous job teaching how to cook simple and delicious tuscan dishes!!! The class was a great experience how to cook a full authentic meal through each course! She speaks great English and is a great teacher!! We were able to enjoy our dishes with some greatly paired wines in a perfect Tuscan setting on the patio. My... More

What a great time my wife and I had with Katia! We were a little late due to typical Italian road signs (or lack there of) but Katia and the rest of the cooking class were on Italian time so we were welcomed with open arms. I'm not much for cooking but had a blast learning to make a homemade... More
