We arrived in the afternoon as part of a tour. I really enjoyed the info about the growing, harvesting & pressing of the olives & grapes. This was followed by a lunch with Salami, breads, olives, sun dried tomatoes & large quantities of wine.

We just visited Fattoria Poggio Alloro with a group for the second time in three years and I cannot wait to return a third time. We enjoyed a late lunch with a bruschetta class, barley salad (out of this world good!), and olives, meats, cheeses and wine produced on the farm. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. As... More

We spent an hour or so enjoying their grazing lunch form E22 each which included 2 bottles of their wine. Almost entirely their own produce stunning scenery as you sit under the... More

We visited here with a group of approx. 40 people. Wonderful time. Some went out on horses, others stayed and toured the winery. A lunch was prepared that was delicious along with a few wines to sample. THANK YOU SARAH AND FAMILY.

We went there on July/2013 with a group and enjoyed a great lunch with delicious wine during the tuscan summer. Got 12 bottles myself afterwards :D Don't forget to open your eyes and glance at the view. THE view. Amazing place. Will surely return on my next time in Italy.

Not just a 1 oz. sample of winr here. We got one of the best meals that I had while in Italy plus our table of about 12 people had about 6 bottles of various wines that they produce. We went there with our Gate 1 bus tour and it was excellent. Will be sure to go there when we... More

we had the privilege of being in a tour that had a lunch stop at the farm. We had a lovely tour of the farm and vineyard and the wine-making process. The lunch was in a lovely covered terrace. The terrace overlooked the tuscan countryside. The wine-tasting was part of the lunch. All was great. We bought a bottle of... More

We visited the farm with the tour group from Florence ( Tuscany in a day , Walkabout tours ). Found the tour around the farm quite interesting as it is an organic farm , they grow the fodder for animals to feed on , the manure is used to feed the plants , and obviously the cows are used to... More

I visited this organic farm on a tour group from Florence. The farm staff were great and the tour was very interesting. The views from their balcony are gorgeous! Unfortunately the wines were okay but not good enough to motivate me to buy which isn't difficult to accomplish. None the less I'm glad I visited as the information I learned... More
