We stopped here while on a tour in Tuscany and it turned out to be the highlight of the tour. Frederica and her staff had prepared a wonderful organic, fresh "farm lunch" for us.The foods, wine, and olive oil all came from the estate. Frederica spent some time with us explaining the foods and recipes, and also about wine making... More

We had the pleasure of attending a private cooking class with Frederica Manzieri Fenzi at her organic estate in San Gimignano. It was a welcome respite after all of our luggage was stolen from our tour van in Rome! Frederica cooks from the heart and from the land using the natural flavors of fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, oil etc to... More

Beautiful location, great staff, wonderful experience to taste a variety of olive oils. The owner gave us great information about the pressing process. Make sure to visit the store so you can take some great olive oil home with you!

We came across this place by accident but what a find. The owners are so lovely and so keen for you to taste all their wines. Just wished we'd been able to eat here! A beautiful little hamlet with lovely rooms and cottages. Next time we'll book!!

The Fattoria San Donato is certainly a memorable stop when touring around the countryside of the Chianti region. We booked a gourmet buffet lunch as a break on the drive from Pisa to San Gimignano and it was truly amazing. We were blessed with wonderful weather which really brought out the best of the Tuscan scenery and our couple of... More

Touring the facilities is lovely. You can eat indoors or outside, both are fabulous. Good wine and food.

This is a treat that must not be missed. Roberto, the owner wine maker is a fabulous host and a talented wine maker. I have never felt more at home, this is a wine tasting experience that Napa, a place close to my home and near to my heart, can only dream of. Do not miss their wine, their food... More
