We attended a wine pairing lunch as part of our Walkabout Tour. The place is family run and everything is organic from the grapes, olives, honey, Florentine Cows, etc. We feasted on antipasti, fresh olive oil and honey, pasta, and wine. Truly "La Dolce Vita". Honey, olive oil and other items are available for purchase. Just minutes from San Gimignano,... More

The horses are so well kept, the scenery you ride through is fantastic Not sure if it was just our tour, but the ridding was meant to be 90 minutes, we were one hour, Our guide spent all her time texting on the phone, no conversation or information. The honey they produce is fantastic.

Their horseback riding sounded wonderful, but turned into simply a walk through beautiful vineyards. Would have liked to explore more and have a faster pace. Our guide only spoke italian and was not very personable.

We ate on the terrace and the food was great too. A scenic spot for sure. Make reservations ahead of time.

Eight of us reserved space for dinner at the Agriturismo Il Vecchio Maneggio for a Sunday night. We were told to be there no later that 7:45 so we could enjoy an "aperitivo" with the other guests who were also spending the night there. We were greeted by the Hostess of the facility, Tiziana who was the cook, the entertainment,... More

Like much of Italy, this was just simple but quality entertainment. Place was near San Gimignano and people were very friendly offering a local wine afterwards.

Such friendly people who welcome you into their farm and made you feel at home. We only had a hour ride through the... More

Our family went today to ride horses and it was wonderful! Good tame horses who have obviously been doing this for years. Saw rows of grapes and fields of sunflowers! Staff was wonderful. Thanks! Fletcher Family

Tiziana and her family are truely the perfect hosts. They are so welcoming, generous, and the evening meals are not to be missed. You really get a true taste of the lovely Italian way of life. If you aren't sociable and don't like food and wine then don't bother going. We don't speak Italian at all but passed 3 hilarious... More

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Tuscany. We organised horse riding for 5 of us here at Vecchio Maneggio prior to leaving Scotland and everything went really well - age range mid 20's to mid 50's. Enjoyed it so much we went back again during our week's holiday. Lovely safe and fit horses taking you through wonderful... More
