Well tucked away, this medieval church is a masterpiece that should not be overlooked. The entrance is free and the church is beautiful and ancient. A must see in the area.

The Basilica was beautiful and full of history. The building itself has a most beautiful decoration of ceramic dishes.worth the visit inside after standing in a long queue.

It took for a while to get in, but it was worth of the wait. The church has so much history to it and beautiful. You must cover your knees/shoulders (women), respectfully.

Also o this location. during the summer, the Sagra... More

San Piero a Gardo is the real thing, a romanic basilica without all the baroque, the gold and the tourists. It's some kilometers south-west of the center, in a lovely setting.
