The garden is small yet pleasent. Plenty of places to sit and relax. When I'm in Pisa I enjoy taking some time out here for a little peace and quiet. There's a play area for the kids

This pretty little garden (loved the mini trampolines in the children's playground) is next to the Bastione San Gallo on the edge of Pisa town centre. It's an interesting site but parts of it a currently inaccessible.

We were looking for a park for our son to have a run around. We loved this garden, so much to explore and small but fun play area and a great tree for climbing. We went back a second time with a picnic. Perfect!

Quiet and pretty on a sunny but cold late February day... I imagine it's lovely when the plants are in full bloom.

A pleasant surprise to see the green park, huge trees and all in the midst of the city. And enclosed on one side by the old city walls. Not far from the river, and an easy walk from the Corso Italia. Enjoyed it very much.

This park is a small oasis of cool and calm in a hot busy city. A real plus is the open air cinema that shows films each evening (starting at 9.30pm). The screen and sound are excellent and it even has a bar!

We stumbled over this by accident and stayed here for a while. A lot of students come here to enjoy the sun and spent time with friends. It looked to me as if there is gear to have a summer open air cinema. Try to find out more about it if you go there ein summer.

Beautiful public park, with playground, old walls and ruins, water fountains and large areas for family picnics. You would never know you were in Pisa!

Some of the gardens were cordoned off because of building work, but none was taking place when we were there. The old city walls are interesting, but we couldn't go up on to them, again because of the on-going work. There is a nice children's playground in one part.
