Somewhere to break the focus on just the main features of Pisa. Some shade from the increasing summer heat & very interesting architecture too.

We wandered through this park on our visit to Pisa. Everywhere was very dry due to the extreme heat of the past few weeks. I was surprised that there was no obvious form of sprinkler system in use to keep the place well irrigated. There are signs around to say there is free wifi but we were unable to connect.... More

Our hotel was almost opposite the park entrance, and sadly we didn't bother to go to the park until our last day. It was beautiful and the play area for the children is well-kept. Our teenagers had a lovely time running around the park. Wish we had gone there sooner!

This park is nice just because there are drinking fountains where you can fresh up on hot days and wash. In addition to pinknik lawn and playground in the park is nothing special.

A wonderful place unwind & relax, so tranquil & well kept, just a short walk from the ponte mezzo or ponte della fortezza.

The garden is small yet pleasent. Plenty of places to sit and relax. When I'm in Pisa I enjoy taking some time out here for a little peace and quiet. There's a play area for the kids

This pretty little garden (loved the mini trampolines in the children's playground) is next to the Bastione San Gallo on the edge of Pisa town centre. It's an interesting site but parts of it a currently inaccessible.

We were looking for a park for our son to have a run around. We loved this garden, so much to explore and small but fun play area and a great tree for climbing. We went back a second time with a picnic. Perfect!

Quiet and pretty on a sunny but cold late February day... I imagine it's lovely when the plants are in full bloom.

A pleasant surprise to see the green park, huge trees and all in the midst of the city. And enclosed on one side by the old city walls. Not far from the river, and an easy walk from the Corso Italia. Enjoyed it very much.
