We recently booked a wine tour with Andrea and Chiara from a new tour company called Not Ordinary Ways based in Lucca. They both speak excellent English and are very helpful and we had a wonderful day visiting different oil/wine tasting Osterias and had a lovely typical tuscan lunch.
