It is a must experience while visiting Italy!!! My son and I took the pasta class and it was the best way to end our trip to Italy. The tricks we learned, the sauces we prepared, the fun we had with Chef Paulo and his staff are precious and irreplaceable. We took the recipes at home and shared with family... More

We were taking a cruise that was going to stop at a port near Lucca and wanted to take a cooking class with the family. We have 3 kids who are 7,7, and 12. The class offered by the cruise ship was a bit too long for our kids. We found Chef Paolo thru tripadvisor and worked with him to... More

My wife and I travelled to Italy for our honeymoon in June 2015. My wife and I love to cook and especially love pasta. We found Chef Paolo on Trip Adviser and decided to take one of his pasta making classes. This was definitely one of the highlights of our beautiful honeymoon in Italy. Chef Paolo was very professional, nice... More

My husband and I wanted to take a cooking class while in Tuscany, so looked up reviews and found Chef Paolo Monti having high ratings. We found out why, after taking his pasta, sauces and gnocchi class. This was the highlight of our trip, even with everything else we did and saw. Chef Paolo Monti went through all of the steps... We went to the Vegetarian Class and were totally blown away by the tasty food we prepped! My wife and I ended up in a small class with Chef and got lots of hands on with making dishes, getting an insight into his food philosophy and even a first hand look at running the type of business he has in... A friend and I took the basic ingredients and sauces class and had a blast! Chef Paolo was very entertaining and informative. We enjoyed learning about the essential ingredients and then being able to help prepare the dishes was so much fun! Of course the dinner was wonderful and we walked away well fed, well informed, and very satisfied. I... More

My husband and I stayed in Lucca for our first trip to Italy and having read wonderful reviews about Chef Paolo's Cooking School, we signed up for the one-day basic Italian ingredients and sauces course. What a fabulously fun experience!!! It was delightfully informative, educational and delicious and we enjoyed both the other interesting students and the highly entertaining Chef... More

Okay, I'm not much good in the kitchen, but four of us took the seafood cooking class with Chef Paolo and had an absolute blast! Two of us also accompanied him to the commercial food center and learned about how to tell if food is fresh, which types of meats are good, and even a mini-lesson on cheeses. While the... More

I took my mum on this half day pasta making course which was a fun packed and full day of yummy food and great skills that I have already tried at home! Chef Paolo was funny and took time to explain everything he did and gave us the recipes to take home.

Four friends took the half-day Tuscan recipes cooking class. What a blast! We made biscotti, bread salad, Ragu, ravioli stuffed with Swiss Chard and roasted pork and potatoes. Such fun - and the food was top-rate!
