Description: Small group and private fully guided bike tours (single and multi-day) in...
Small group and private fully guided bike tours (single and multi-day) in the gorgeous Tuscan countryside. You'll pedal quiet back roads around Florence, Chianti, Siena, Val d'Orcia and elsewhere. Personalized service with pick up and drop off at or near your hotel. All fitness/skill levels and fully van-supported. Several rides to choose from for varied interests, including wine and olive oil tasting, gelato tasting, historic castles and off-the-beaten path medieval villages. First-rate equipment (and electric bikes too!). Ask about our new cooking class ride for foodies! Florentine Marco Vignoli, a former bicycle racer, founded I Bike Tuscany. His wish is to share with you his passion for amazing scenery, adventure, great food and wine and, of course, biking. It's his belief there is no better or more exciting way to experience the singularly beautiful region of his homeland than from the seat of a "bicicletta," and so has worked hard to create some very special and unique itineraries that we're sure will have you believing the same. We look forward to your joining us for a day (or trip) you'll keep in your heart, take home with you and never forget.

This was the perfect ride for a very hot July day. Elizabeth and Raphaele took very good care of us. I had been a little worried that it might be too difficult, but it really was totally do-able for a couple of 60 year olds and our teenage son. They were both really nice and so accommodating. Elizabeth made a... More

Our full day bike tour began with Marco and Jodi picking us up at the hotel They loaded us up on the a van with our bikes on top and drove us to Chianti . They couldn't have been more accommodating. They customized our family tour as I wanted to make the biking a little more challenging the the downhill... More

My husband and I did the Wine tour with a small group (only 3 others). We were picked up promptly in Florence by Marco. The ride was led by Graham and van supported by Marco. Everything was very well organized. We rode to a small town and two wineries through the beautiful Tuscan hills before mother nature decided to pour... More

We did the Gelato Tour with nine people including five kids. It was fantastic in every way. The biking was downhill and not too hard for kids or adults. The scenery was beautiful. The staff was outstanding. My eight year old was too young to bike but this was not a problem at all. The staff (Natalie) made her feel... More

I Bike Tuscany was a wonderfully organized tour that exceeded our expectations. Marco was a fabulous and knowledgable tour guide for our Florence to Siena (soft) bike ride and his counterpart Graham, was equally as great. We were blown away by the beauty of Tuscany during our ride and are so happy we decided to tour it via bike with... More

One of the best parts of my trip to Italy with my girlfriend! Elizabeth was an amazing tour guide and leader and the biking was unbelievable! What gorgeous views! The wineries we visited were the best we tasted in Italy! Totally recommend it!

From the hotel pickup -- extending to the bike specifications -- and all the way through the route....Marco created a "Best of the Tuscan Countryside"! The tastes, the sounds, the views made an indelible impression. This is a memory you shouldn't miss!

Marco and Jodie were our hosts, and it was a beautiful day in the Tuscan sun. They picked us up from our hotel in Florence, and after a scenic trip into the hills, we stopped at an idyllic little town: Castellina in Chianti, the starting point of our bike trip. This particular trip was an all gentle downhill glide, and... More

We had a wonderful time on the wine/bike tour. I was a little anxious about all the hills but Jodie & Marco were there with us the entire time. Hope to make it back someday and go again!

We rode the "Florence to Siena Soft" ride, as all other rides were already booked out (recommend booking reservations as early as possible to get your first choice). Turned out that it was just the two of us with Marco Vignoli himself -- former bike racer and the owner of I Bike Tuscany (IBT). What a delightful day, starting with... More
