Twice a year i go up here with a group of university students as part of a weekend studying Renaissance Italy. The setting is beautiful, the wine is good, the food delicious. The tour includes the wine cellars and the Pazi conspiracy room, and an engaging and humorous guide. It is one of the few inhabited castles in the region,... More

If you are contemplating using Castello del Trebbio as a wedding venue, I can only assume that you have never been. As if you had you wouldn't think twice about booking up immediately. We first visited the castle as part of a trip to Florence. This was our second trip away as a couple 5 years ago. We were transfixed... More

My husband and I visited the Castle with Viator. It was a half day tour that left from Florence. The tour of the castle was excellent. Very informative and so interesting. The castle itself was beautiful and has a lot of history. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

We visited as part of a tour that included Dinner at the Castello Del Trebbio. Our host was wonderful, explaining the Pazzi family history, the role the estate had in the Pazzi conspiracy and how the estate came to be in this families hands. The dinner was wonderful as was the wine and olive oil. The detail explanations and easy... More

We visited this castle as part of a Trafalgar Tuscan highlights tour. This lovingly restored property by two generations of owner/occupants just oozes historical character of bygone eras and has that certain 'magic' of creating a brief step in time. Our Guide gave and informative tour of the cellars (still in use) and some stimulating insights both to it's past... More

There's not much to say except for this place is absolutely incredible. Full of history and just a beautiful place. We had a wine tasting and tour here. Completely worth it!! We took a trip directly to Castello del Trebbio from Florence. If you are in the area I HIGHLY suggest you make the trip, it is totally worth it!... More

We toured this lovely old Castle (Owner Occupied) home and winery. We met the owners of the winery and had a very informative tour of the winery. We then had a cooking class in the kitchen of the castle and ate what we made in the dining room. Very good tour and class.

We went here as part of a tour and what a delightful experience it was! It is a family run business and the tour the cousin gave us of part of the castle and the winery was so informative and well done. The meal afterwards was plentiful and delicious. They also have beautiful farmhouses that have been renovated to rent... More

This was one of the best days we had in italy. The countryside was breathtaking, the castle was unbelievable and the food was excellent. This is a family run vineyard and he tour guide is a cousin of the family and was so informative and funny. The food and wine tasting after the tour were fantastic. There is a little... More
