As the title says. It is a private garden and we were not allowed to take a walk, so we left the place. What else can I say to reach the 100 character limit?

My husband and I visited Giardino Torrigiani in May 2014 as part of a Tauck tour. This garden was a memorable highlilght of our trip. My favorite aspect of the garden tour was the entertaining presentation by the Marquis Vanni Torrigiani. He is funny, extroverted, informative, casual and not at all pretentious. He might be in his 30's or 40's.... More

The tour of the garden was as lovely as the garden itself. One of the owners takes you through the garden explaining areas, plants, flowers, trees and their history. How his family has lived in these beautiful grounds for generations and how the most special people, such as Michelangelo, have had a hand in making the garden. There is so... More
