Coin was like a cross between the clutter of Debenhams and the disorganization of House of Failure. (oops, I mean Fraser!). La Rinascente was much better, and had a lovely cafe on the roof, with stunning views!

We found tons brand name clothes and watches for a fraction of their regular price!! I loved it! It's like a higher end "winners"/department store, I hope to go back soon!

Essentially COIN appeared to be an Italian version of a John Lewis styled department store. There was a good selection of brands for males, females, children and households. I didn't notice any particular savings to be had and the prices were very average. I wouldn't make a special visit, but it's a good string in your bow if you need... More

I went to the one in Milan on this road called Colombo, I thought it was pretty good. There was a variety of fashion and make up products. The prices were decent. There were sales cause it was Christmas Eve but it wasn't too crowded. Just nice for easy going shopping. You get all you need in one outing.

Located in the centre, Coin Firenze has a good range of items in different departments. These include home decorations, clothing, accessories and beauty. Upmarket quality, average/high prices, but excellent sales.

I recently rented an apartment for two months in Florence, and wanted to add personal touches such as flowers and candles, etc. to make it feel more homey. Locals directed me to Coin as a place where I could find all manner of home decor. It's really quite a large store by Florentine standards, where interior spaces are historically very... More

Hello Trip Advisors, Apparently there is a store in Florence, where one can have a drink on the terrace, with wonderful views of the city. Does anyone know which one and where please? I know there is 'Roof with a View' competition on during the summer but on the Florence website it only lists hotels with roof gardens/terraces. Many thanks.... More

Maybe I'm spoiled with very large department stores, but COIN is, maybe, too small for me. I have a hard time finding anything there. But if you are looking for Kiehl's and MAC, this is the place to go to.

I loved Coin. Although I didn't end up buying shoes at Coin, I bought this beautiful pashmina for my sister. I thought the prices were great and selection was fab.

Went in - saw the shoe department and you have to buy shoes in Italy! Came out with a pair of creamy white slip on brogue style shoes that are just right with summer trousers. The bank statement today shows that they cost £60: not bad for very soft leather and different to anything else.
