I had been to Florence several times, but never realized this passageway existed until a few years ago. It was created back in the days of the ruling Medici family to travel from their Palazzo Vecchio, through the Uffizi Museum to the Pitti Palace across the Arno river. It came to my attention more recently upon reading the book "Inferno"... More

We are a family group of 6 plus a baby and we booked this tour through "Florencepass.com" We met our guide Simone at the Plaza outside of the Uffizi Gallery. We skipped the lines and took an elevator to the galleries. WOW the art is spectacular! Simone did a wonderful job explaining and getting us close to some of the... More

Real sense of history. Tranquility after the bedlam in the uffizi. Interesting pieces of art and also a very real link with the history of the city and it's past.

We visited with Exclusive connection and our guide Flavia was totally brilliant - enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We met up at the Pitti Palace and the history was related by Flavia beautifully and set up the tour very well. We proceeded to the Uffizi, via the outside of the Vasari corridor, about which Flavia related many stories. We went into the... More

As others have described, you can only see the Corridor in small tour groups. We had a very good guide, and it was interesting to learn about the history of the Corridor and see the many paintings. My daughter is majoring in art in college and enjoyed seeing self-portraits of two artists she had done research on for an art... More

This is a site that you can only visit as part of an organised tour. We were lucky enough to do the tour as part of the Uffizi tour with the Florence Pass tours and the brilliant Maurizio. The Vasari Corridor runs the length of the Ponte Vecchio and offers a wonderful insight into the secret life of Florence.

Wonderful to see somewhere in an exclusive group - away from the crouds. Book online before you go, not an all-year-round attraction, so time your visit!

We are not huge art enthusiast, but we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Vasari Corridor. The history and art, combined with a knowledgeable guide, made for a memorable experience. Florence Pass Vasari Corridor Tour.

I went back to Florence specifically to see the Vasarian Corridor and have not repented one bit. Our private guide , Guilia, was wonderful and quite knowlegeable. If you are doing the Vasari + Uffizi Gallery, do not expect it to not be crowded at the Uffizi since art lovers pop out from everywhere, but the Corridor is not (tours... More
