I discovered Yoga Firenze on line. It was the best Yoga experience I have ever had. Set in a beautiful upstairs room, the Piano Nobile, in a Palazzo, lit candles on the window sills, there is a warm, open, friendly and inclusive atmosphere. A range of levels of Astanga Yoga are catered for so pick a class to suit you.... More

I'm a yoga teacher and daily practitioner of Ashtanga, so I have high hopes when I attend a yoga class abroad. This studio met them all. A gorgeous space with high ceilings and beautiful lounge, a well-trained teacher with a creative sense for sequencing (who also catered to all levels in the class), and a warm and generous staff who... situated very close to some great places to visit (Florence is not a large city anyways, you should be able to get around easily on bike), this yoga studio gives you the yoga with a Florentine vibe. Pleasant space and great staff!! oh and of course, great yoga. A nice way to remove tension after days of traveling.

My friend and I are staying in Florence for a few days and we attended a morning yoga class at it's yoga, firenze today. The first impression was overwhelming. The yoga studio is located in a beautiful old house with a bright and flowery patio. The room where the classes take place is fascinating with huge windows and a charming... More

I practice Ashtanga and Vinyasa regularly in the States and decided to hit It's Yoga Firenze while passing through Florence. The instructor was excellent, and the atmosphere of the studio was relaxing and beautiful. Mats were available for no charge and the class fee (15€) was reasonable. The class was taught in English (with Sanskrit) to assist the non-Italian speakers... More

We were only in Florence for a few days, but wanted to stretch out after a hard bike ride in the Chianti hills (and to balance out all of that delicious wine!). We dropped in to a Wednesday morning class and we speak very little Italian, but Max took this all in his stride and managed to deliver a fantastic... More

This is a lovely studio, a fun fast class (depending on the one you choose) and a terrific place to go for a little space in in the city. I was in Florence for a month and went eight times, taught in English and Italian with friendly teachers and class. Loved my time there.

Awesome retreat in the heart of Tuscany. It's Yoga Firenze has many retreats in the most gorgeous places in Italy. I am just back from a 4 days retreat in Maremma, at Agriturismo Le Pianore in Monticello Amiata. Amazing classes, lovely people, delicious food and great scenery. You can practice twice a day, with a very soft class in the... More

I spent a week in Firenze mid-June and was so happy to find It's Yoga, Firenze! The space had a lovely welcoming feeling and the class we took was just right. Max, who taught the class, created a beautiful space with which to practice and gave made sure to teach in English as well as Italian. This is a true... More

I spent a week in Florence recently and went to "It's Yoga Firenze" every day. The teachers are caring, insightful, and encouraging. The space is lovely, and very well located. The students are a nice mixture of Italians and expats. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Florence. Many thanks, Elaine from San Francisco, California
