Exquisitely prepared costails and great variety of food offered in the buffet! Underground decoration, really kind staff and tables to have your drink outside on a hot summer night!

This is the first time I have reviewed a place without having actually drank or eaten there, but I have to post this review. My wife and I stopped there about 6 PM to get a drink and maybe have a little appetizer. It was nice weather so we sat outside. No one was sitting inside and there were three... More

Thought this looked a nice place to grab some lunch. Chose a couple of sandwiches and drinks, and went to sit down at a table in the almost entirely empty restaurant. We were asked to move to the stools at the bar because the tables were for customers buying main meals. We therefore spent an uncomfortable 10 minutes eating our... More

This is a nice place in general but the staff is not to be trusted, we asked to get our change back for 30min, and when we finally wanted to leave, they told us they already gave this to us, which was not true.. when we told them they started to scream and make a big scene, talking italian to... Had read about it on Trip Advisor and noted it down (mainly for their large selection of salads on the menu). Headed there for lunch prior to visiting the Palazo Pitti and Boboli gardens. Loved it! 1) all locals, no tourists 2) great simple yummy food (not heavy, ideal for lunch) 3) reasonable prices Service was not that great but... More

Sat down for lunch, drinks and Internet access outside was assured they had Wifi but found out later its not available outside as another waitress later told us so we decided to leave after drinks since our idea of sitting down also involved Internet access to get our bearings. Menu prices were a bit higher than we've found and even... More

This was a find. Looks like a bar from the outside, but quite large inside. We had our best meal here, all locals, no tourists, I had prawns shaped into a tail and threaded with strips of vegetable and pasta, and black and white rice, €12. Then ice cream with chocolate sauce. My wife's orange juice was made from blood... More

While walking from Piazzale Michelangelo to the Ponte Vecchio in the Oltrarno district at lunchtime on Christmas eve, we could not help but notice this bar/restaurant because of its crowded and vibe-y terrace filled with Italians. It turned out a great spot for lunch. The place was full inside, with the tables packed tightly, but a helpful waitress found us... More

Decor is designer, with large modern paintings adorning the walls We went for Aperitivo at around 7pm, which means great anti pasta food buffet with any drink for EU8. It is meant to be an appetiser before you dig into your serious meal of pasta, but for us it was perfect as the main meal. If like me, you are... More

If your coming to Florence to actually Gasp* meet real live italians than come to Zoe.. you will encounter.. slick hair, nice smiles, snazzy dressers and too many people near the door smoking.. jokes aside it a great place to grab a drink and mix with locals.. The area of San Niccoli is near the center but far away enough... More
