After arriving in Florence I followed the "Booking Request" and sent an email asking for a tour. They never responded to me and we never got to schedule the tour. Disappointing customer service.

Our family of 5 (3 teens) did this tour with Mama Sam. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour; our teens especially enjoyed the boiled meat sandwiches - so much so that we returned to have them again a few days later. Sam was very knowledgeable and fun. This is truly a “must do” when in Florence.

All the positive TA reviews are spot-on. Mama Natalie takes care of her ragazzi and if you listen well and taste everything, you will learn how to survive and enjoy your Tuscan vacation. By taking the tour early in our trip, we could come back to several spots later....and some of the vendors even remembered us! Real café experience, working... More

This is an experience that I so highly recommend on your first day in Florence! My 16 year old daughter and I did the Nude and Food tour and cannot stop talking about how great it was. We were met by Nat in front of the Accademia promptly at 9:30 am along with the other members of the tour. It... More

We did 2 with Mimi - a nude and food on one day followed by an Uffizi tour the next day. She was an excellent guide and did a great job keeping my teen and pre-teen interested in Renaissance art... The nude and food tour was very fun and delicious, we tried coffee, pastries, veal sandwiches, wine and all sorts... More

My husband, 19 year old daughter, 11 year old son and I are still basking in the glow of all the fun we had on this tour today and just had to write a review immediately! "Mama" Natalie was fabulous! We started with the tour of Michelangelo's David which was amazing! Natalie is very passionate about Michelangelo as a sculptor... More

We just finished the food tour with Nat as our guide and had an awesome time. The food was exiting and good, the places we went where authentic and charming and Nat is such an inspiring and warm hearted guide. She made the whole group feel relaxed and familiarized - not least the kids who were different ages between 6... More

My husband and I were traveling with 18 Americans after our Italian wedding and booked this tour for the entire group. Nat did an amazing job accommodating all of us. We had a mixed group, the majority who love wine and simply can't get enough and some that don't drink at all and she did a great job keeping everyone... More

We booked the "Nude & Food tour" which started with an introduction of the Accademia and Michelangelos' work. Mimi -our guide- had a great knowledge and passion of and for art. The food tour startet with a maroccan coffee and some paistry at St. Lorenzo. We moved on to the marked and ate one hell of a great sandwich. Mimi... More

Natalie met us punctually at the steps of San Lorenzo. There were about 12 of us in the group, and Natalie had us all greet each other as we would be spending the next several hours together. Natalie's vibrant personality and sense of humor made the tour a positive and adventurous experience. The highlight of the tour was visiting a... More
