What a wonder way to see the city and get a greater perspective on both food and the people living in Florence. I recommend that you do this at the beginning of your visit to Italy so that you do not make the same mistakes we made for our first couple of weeks touring the country. Nat was the perfect... More

"Nude and Food Tour...A great combination of history, food and culture. Several hours of learning about Michelangelo and the culinary scene in Florence. Sam is a topnotch tour guide - more like a much younger version of a kind and attentive grandma as she shows you some exceptionally nice spots throughout the city. Take this tour early in your stay!

I loved this tour. It was one of the best things we did in Italy. The food in Florence and Tuscany is wonderful. This tour was a perfect blend of food and history. The tour started with a tour of the Accademia. This was very interesting and I enjoyed learning so much about the David statue and Michelangelo. I would... More

After reading all the great reviews of Florence for Foodies, we booked this tour before we left for our month in Italy. Unfortunately, it worked out to be on our very last full day in Florence. Now we view that as a plus since we had such a great time and it was the perfect ending to a great trip.... More

We had a terrific time on the Foodies tour with Natalie. She took us to some great places and also provided some history of the Florentine and Tuscan cultures with us. Our first stop was for a cappuccino and sfoglia pastry filled with an incredible cream center hot out of the oven (we went back for this every day after... More

This tour was a highlight of our honeymoon! Nat was so energetic and fun! We were one of two couples on this very personal private tour. We started off with a fantastic pastry and cappuccino then off to this huge italian market where we taste just about everything, we continue to drink more wine, prosecco and grappa and finish it... My wife and I spent 4 days in Florence in mid-October. Learning from past trips, we decided to book the Florence for Foodies tour on our first day so we can get a feel for the City and also find options for dinner the remaining nights. (HINT: Do this on your first day or early in your visit, depending upon... More

My first experience in Italy was in the hands of Nat for the "Nude and Food" tour. Every other tour I did in Italy after that paled in comparison. I laughed, got "grappa'd", ate wonderful food, drank delicious wine and had a peek at David's private parts. There was a significant amount of learning in there but it was all... More

I can't say enough about Sam - she "adopts" her tourists as her own for the day and treats you like you are her "baby". She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and wonderful to be with. We had a fantastic time trying some new foods, drinking plenty of wine along the way. We were very close to canceling as we had... More
