We don't usually do tours while we travel as we prefer just doing things at our own pace but I'm so glad we did this one! I wanted to get greater insight into the Florence Food market and what it offers and this tour delivers. We were a group of 4 plus our fantastic guide Sam, so it was nice... More

I am not big on tours, I like to discover on my own but this is well worth it for food lovers. Sam was such a great guide for this private tour. The wonderful food was only matched by the experience. The special places in the market will always be on our itinerary in Florence each time we visit.

We think that part of getting to know a country is experiencing the cuisine. The Nude and Food Tour allowed us to do this. It was great to avoid the lines and be able to see the David. Our kids (age 11, 14,16) also really enjoyed the food tour. The food market was amazing. My 11 year old is a... More

This was a fabulous tour because we had the wonderful host Samantha showing us true Italian food. The tour started off with a traditional coffee and pastry followed by a visit to the food markets finishing off with way too much gelato! In each location there were generous serving whilst Samantha gave our group of 8 an overview on the... More

Nat is a fabulous guide and we would recommend ANY of her tours. She is very knowledgeable, but personable and fun too! Our family toured the Uffizi with Nat in May 2014 and she was able to make what would have been an overwhelming gallery on our own very relatable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Nat and wholeheartedly recommend... More

We had a brief amount of time in Florence and wanted to make the most of it. So what did we do? We ate our way though the beautiful town with the expert help of Sam, our culinary tour guide! Sam was incredibly knowledgeable about Florence, the food, the customs and the best places to buy great Italian purses, cigars... More

I add my accolades regarding our Florence with Foodies tour. My 20 year old daughter and I ended up having a private tour with Sam of the Accademia, and she was very knowledgable about Michelangelo's life and work. We were then joined by a young couple from Norway and another couple from Holland. We all hit it off immediately and... More

Our family of four met Sam last week at the door of the Accademia. We were introduced to a lovely couple from California who joined us on this tour. We were excited to see the statue of David and learn about Michaelangelo. My two teenage daughters were not looking forward to another boring museum tour but were pleasantly surprised. Sam made... My girlfriend and I have done food tours in three Italian cities and always enjoy them. In addition to trying great food and wine you also understand the history, culture and tradition of the place which helps you to behave more like a local Italian. This food tour was no exception. Our Italian Mamma was amazingly charismatic, humerous and made... More

We had so much to eat on this tour. We started with a sweet breakfast and then headed into the market for a delicious sandwich and cheese/salami/vinegar tasting. We had a really fun wine tasting as well and what seemed like endless gelato samplings at the end. I loved the variety on this tour. Our tour guide, Samantha, was awesome.... More
