Nat was simply fabulous! My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time on the food tour. I won't ruin the tour by giving too many details away but the highlights for us were the: Historical / geographical context of the food / wine / oils Listening to Stefano (sp) at Conti in the food market explain truffle hunting and smelling... You've got to do this tour when in Florence! We started off with coffee and cake for breakfast. Learning all about the rules of when you should/shouldn't have the different types of coffee. We visited the indoor food market, trying various yummy treats including truffle honey, cheeses, meats, balsamic - the list goes on! Make sure you have plenty of... More

This was awesome. We love food tours. Walking food tours have been our favorite, & we were not disappointed here! We started earlier at the Accedamia Museum, where we saw the original, Michelangelo's "David", with unbelievable "behind the scenes knowledge" from our tour guide, Sam (mama Sam). From the second we met Sam, we knew we were in good hands.... More

Florence for Foodies was our favorite experience in Florence. My husband insisted on "no tours" so I had to sneak this one by him. There were only 3 other people on the "tour" so it felt more like friends getting together. Nat was a wonderful guide and led us through the history, culture, and etiquette of food in Florence! We... This tour was recommended by a friend and I could not have been happier ,! Our tour guide was Nat. She was terrific with a great sense of humor and knowledge about the city, the food and the culture of Florence /Italy. The groups are kept small ...the food and spirits excellent. Don't miss this!

I did the Nude and Food tour to start my time in Florence. Awesome to skip the lines and see David and get lots of info about Michelangelo and David. The food is amazing, the hosting and knowledge of Mumma Sam was brilliant. You get to wander past the key sights so it's a great way to start a trip.... More

We have just finished two different tours in two days, booked with Florence For Foodies. The best money we have spent so far on our honeymoon. Our Uffizi gallery tour with Mimi was just incredible - she was the most intelligent, friendly and informed guide and we learned so much. Our foodie tour with Sam today was equally and ridiculously... More

We did the "Nude and Food" Tour on the first morning of our holiday. Natalie was our guide and her enthusiasm and character made the day so interesting and enjoyable. I was a little aprehensive as I was unsure how I would feel experiencing things with complete strangers. i shouldn't have worried! We met for the "Nude" part to visit... More

My wife and I did twice a wonderful tour, interesting, educating, most enjoyable and funny, afetrwards we knew more about Florence and the Florentines, their food and their habits, than reading heavy books. The warmth and loveliness of Nat is overwelming, you feel like discovering a city with your best friend. The small groups guarantee a privacy and intimacy that... More
