There is so much to see in this beautiful Piazza. It is full of great sculptures to enjoy, as well as Neptune's fountain and a copy of the statue of David. It's awesome for taking pictures, especially since photography of the original David inside the Accademia Gallery is strictly prohibited. Besides the art, it is full of life! There are... more

Toured in November, 2007. Large square located in front of the Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi Museum. Has several original statues making it an outside museum. Great place to sit and enjoy the scenery. One of my favorite spots in Florence. Has several originals including Cellini's Perseus with the head of Medusa, the Neptune Fountain, the Rape of the Sabines, Hercules... more
