Angie was our guide for the tour, and picked us up promptly at our scheduled time in the morning. We had just arrived that morning on the early train from Rome...but Angie made it a very lively drive, sharing a lot of facts about the wine regions and Florence. We stopped at two small vineyards during the day and were... More

Everything was done as it should have been. Francesca, our guide, showed up on time at the right place - a good start. The van was comfortable and roomy for our four people. Francesca's English was outstanding - probably related to having been a New Zealand resident - and she was more than willing to make little stops to meet... More

Our first visit to Italy and tuscany. We did a private wine tasting in the Tuscany region. Angie was our guide and there were four of us. We went to two spectacular wineries and had our own personal tasting and tour. We learned so much about wine making and had a wonderful time during the tasting. I would recommend any... More

Angie was great communicator arranging logistics and Barbara was a great guide. She is a professional chef, which added a lot to the understanding of wines of region and food pairings. We even fit in an olive oil tasting. Itinerary was nice, with one larger winery with wine tasting over lunch and one smaller winery. A real highlight to our... More

My husband and I went to Italy on vacation in the first week of November 2014, we scheduled the wine tour for the day after we arrived, thinking it would be a relaxing and enjoyable first day and would help us get over our jet lag. My husband researched several companies and this appeared to be the best recommended. He... More

We were not disappointed with our Tuscan wine tour with our very knowledgeable guide Francesca. This day was one of the best highlights for our family vacation in Italy. We learned a great deal about the art of wine making from our tour of the 2 vineyards. The lunch in was awesome. Overall a perfect day. I would recommend this... More

My Beautiful friend Anne took me to Italy to celebrate our 50th. She scheduled this wine tour with Francesca which was unbelievable. We toured 2 boutique wineries and sampled 6 fantastic bottles of chianti. We had lunch in a small town and were able to shop for local products such as linen and pottery. Francesca was extremely knowledgeable and provided... More

We learned so much on this tour and I loved that it was just our family. We went to two different vineyards and she dropped us to do a little shopping in a small town center, somewhere we never would have known to go if it weren't for the tour. Great tour for first time wine drinkers or wine connoisseurs.... More

We first toured Chianti with Francesca two years ago and during a recent visit to Florence wanted to revisit; again Francesca led our tour of 8 friends, and we opted for the Tuesday San Gimignano tour. Although this tour included a single winery, we also got to spend time in San Gimignano, had lunch at an agroturismo olive and saffron... More

We visited Italy for our honeymoon. A month in Italy along with a cruise set us up for tons of sites and many of them ancient ruins and churches. This tour was a huge break from this and was much more than we expected. The guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The tour locations were unbelievable. We had a very... More
