We took 2 semi private tours with Paola, Highlights of Florence and the Uffizi tour. I can not recommend her enough. We took many tours on our vacation and compared each one to Paola. She is extremely knowledgeable but explains in a way that is very interesting. I highly recommend using this company.

With our cruise stop in Livorno, our group of 9 had only one day to tour Tuscany and Florence. We found Paola Migliorini through Rick Steves, and she maximized our visit. We started by taking a drive through Tuscany to San Gimingnano which was spectacular. Continued to a vineyard for a wine tasting and lunch at the Podere la Marronaia where... More

Paola gave us fresh insights into the history of Florence and its founders by highlighting architectural and cultural details. She took us through less frequented areas of the city, all the while giving anecdotes about past famous figures, which brought the city to life. This skilled raconteur made our three hour private tour fly.

Paola was very professional and knowledgeable. We were especially impressed with her surgical precision as she zipped around the meandering tourists in the Uffizi gallery and zeroed in on the most important pieces, offering great insights and in depth analyses. We very much recommend Guided Florence Tours.

My husband and I had made arrangements for a driver/guide from Paola's Florence Tours to pick us up at our cruise ship docked in Livorno and drive us to Florence and Pisa for a ten-hour visit. Paola's husband, Giuseppe Aulisa, was waiting for us when we got off. The van was clean and comfortable. As we neared Florence, he suspected... More

Having read other reviews, my husband and i booked a tour with Paola and we were not disappointed, it was the best thing we did in Florence by far and i will definitely book similar trips in other cities. My wife and I spent a pleasant 2 1/2 hours on a private tour of the major high points of Florence. My wife really wanted to see David and it was my fault not realizing that was not part of the tour. A bit pricy, but I would reccomend it.

Paola made it interesting for all. Our group ranged from 73 to 20 and everyone enjoyed it. She worked hard to give us the best experience possible and was very flexible when weather turned bad.

We are so glad we booked this tour! Paola knows so much about Florence, and the history she provided us while walking through Florence really added so much to the experience. Florence is a city so rich in history and art, and in my opinion it should be a "must do" on your list to go around the city with... More

Paola made our trip to Florence amazing! We learned so much about the history of the city on the Discover Florence tour and even more at the Accademia. She makes history and Florence come to life in a way you could never experience without her knowledge. We were so lucky to catch a glimpse of this amazing city though her... More
