High recommend the hop-on hop-off bus tour of Florence. Take Line "A" bus. It runs every 20 minutes. They had earphones (decent quality) for all of us and recorded narration in 5-6 different languages. This was the best way to see Florence. We had a 11 month old and a 10 year old with us. We first made a complete... More

Very interesting and informative tour with Paola. She brought the city to life for us, both in present and historic times. Paola has an eye for the best perspectives of Florence.

We took the "Discovery tour of Florence" and the "Academia tour" with Paola, and it was great! Her storytelling ways made it interesting for us including the 6 year old in our party. Her views and perspectives about "David", made everyone look at the sculpture in a different light. Highly recommended!

My family of five (3 children ages from 13 to 8) did a on day private tour of Florence with Paola and it was excellent. She did an excellent job in the blistering heat to keep the kids excited and got them involved in the tour. We came out of the tour with a appreciation and love for Florence. I... More

We usually rent a car when traveling in Europe (recently drove 3500 miles in but 2 weeks "after" we arrived there (Paris). But, we've found a city or region tour is invaluable to get the lay of the land and our bearings. Occasionally we will take one of the many tours from the big cities to not-too-distant icon places where... More

We took 2 semi private tours with Paola, Highlights of Florence and the Uffizi tour. I can not recommend her enough. We took many tours on our vacation and compared each one to Paola. She is extremely knowledgeable but explains in a way that is very interesting. I highly recommend using this company.

With our cruise stop in Livorno, our group of 9 had only one day to tour Tuscany and Florence. We found Paola Migliorini through Rick Steves, and she maximized our visit. We started by taking a drive through Tuscany to San Gimingnano which was spectacular. Continued to a vineyard for a wine tasting and lunch at the Podere la Marronaia where... More

Paola gave us fresh insights into the history of Florence and its founders by highlighting architectural and cultural details. She took us through less frequented areas of the city, all the while giving anecdotes about past famous figures, which brought the city to life. This skilled raconteur made our three hour private tour fly.
