Our dinner in Tuscany was one of our favorite evenings of our trip to Italy! It was a short bus ride out of Florence. The estate was beautiful! The gardens were lovely and the "home" was wonderful! I loved the kitchen! We had great dinner companions and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Angel taught us a little about Italian wines. Chef... More

Took their day trip of Siena, Pisa and San Gimignano with family in July, 2015. One of the best day trip ever. The staff is fantastic and helpful. Ask for Antonella. Great tour guide. Highlight of the trip is the lunch at an organic wine estate. The tour guide even went out of the way to show some extra stuff.... More

Our family of 5 took a full day tour through Tuscany with this company and it was a fabulous experience. We met at 8:15 outside the Florence train station and boarded a new and clean bus for a full day of sightseeing. We visited Siena and had a walking tour with a local and then had the most wonderful lunch... More

These guys are great. We booked the 4 hour vintage Vespar tour on line months before we travelled and had a ball. Fabian, our guide, was excellent. He showed us how to ride the Scooters and was very entertaining. The food and the venue near the end of the tour was magic. My wife and I shared a Vespa and found... More

We had a great time with Molly our guide for the day walking around Florence and picking up fresh ingredients at the markets for our cooking excursion in the countryside. The cooking class itself was wonderful as well. We made bruschetta, homemade pasta with ragu sauce, pork roast, homemade pizzas, and then tiramisu and custard for dessert! Everything was wonderful... It is a great idea to walk around tge city. However the summer months can be hot. Advise an early departure so you can beat the heat. A good guide is a must. We had Anna who was recommended by Hotel Baglioni and she was very good! I wish we had spent more time in this place. There is a... More

We went on the cooking class while in Florence. We started with a walking tour of the city, picking up some ingredients along the way before jumping on a coach and heading up the the beautiful hills. Our guide, Elisa, was super friendly and knowledgeable. The walking tour was great and showed some snippets of Florentine life we would otherwise... More

This tour was absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent about 12 days in Italy during our honeymoon and this was deifnitely the highlight. We have been telling anyone who is travelling in the area to check it out. The setting is amazing, overlooking the hills of Tuscany and the city of Florence. Angel was a great guide and sommelier,... My friend and I did the 5 course meal and wine tour in Tuscany. We met some great people during this tour and our tourguide was very knowledagle! The property was absolutely breathtaking and the food was PHENOMENAL! For about 50 euros this tour went above and beyond my expectations. More wine then you can handle! Definitely 5 stars!

This was by far the best thing we did whilst in Florence. The food, location and educational factor were all top notch. Stephano and Isaac are a real double-act that should not be missed. Stephano for his wine knowledge and Isaac for his cooking skills. The food was brilliant and the chit-chat that went with it made the evening. After... More

Staying in Uffizi

Neighborhood Profile
Uffizi
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
