We went on the Best of Tuscany tour this past week and it was amazing. Stefano was our guide and he did an excellent job through out the whole day. I would recommend this tour to anyone. We went on 3 tours with different groups and Walkabout was the best. Thank you!

Thanks to the reviews on Tripadvisor for this tour, we booked for ourselves "The Best of Tuscany tour ". To begin with, our tour guide Elisa was very pleasing and a natural charmer. The places visited especially San Gimignano was breathtakingly beautiful. The lunch in an organic farm/winery just gave an insight to the wine yards n brewery and made... More

The Cinque Terre by Walkabout Florence was definitely a highlight of my trip! The tour guide, Lisa, was AMAZING, the area was beautiful, and I enjoyed the smaller group (despite a few other tours in the same spots we were). It was nice to get away from the busyness of Florence, and the long bus ride was even a nice... More

Family and friends completed this tour last week from Florence. Bus ride was great-although no bathrooms on buses. Tour guide, Elisa, was very informative and helpful at each stop along the way. A very full day of touring included Siena, a small medieval village-San Gimignano, a traditional Tuscan lunch at a beautiful organic farm/winery (fabulous scenery) and finally Pisa. We... More

The tour was spectacular! The towns we visited - Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa were awesome. Highlight was lunch near San Gimignano which was at a great winery with a great view of the town. Need to ask for Antanuella as your tour guide - she was both knowledgable, fun and funny!

Did two tours The cinquetere tour and the tour of Tuscany 1. Cinquetere Our guides Freddy and Julian had mixed descents of Italian American Heritage which made English their first language. Throughout the trip their enthusiasm definitely kept the whole group going through a long tiring journey. Do note the hike is along the cliffs of a village within the... More

Great tour. For two travellers without a car, made it a very easy way to fit in a lot of Tuscany in one day.. we saw Siena, experienced Italian food at a local farm (with plenty of delicious wines!), a traditional little village called San Gimignano and Pisa The day costs £70 but Walkabout definitely make this trip worth the... We traveled to Florence back in April and I have been meaning to write this post for awhile now! I would highly recommend that everyone takes this trip. A co-worker had mentioned it was a must-do when discussing my trip with her. I was a little hesitant based on the cost, but it was worth every penny. We had Elisa... More

My husband and I went on the Cinque Terre Trek on July 14th. Our tour guides were Freddy and Angel. They were absolutely fantastic! It rained/stormed the entire two hour bus ride from Florence to Cinque Terre. The whole group was nervous that our day would be ruined. Freddy & Angel assured us that no matter what, think positive and... More

My wife and I have just done 2 tours with these guys in the last 2 days. First we did the cinque Terre trek it was sensational. The trek was good difficult at times but hey we are in our 50's not fit but healthy and finished with a great sense of achievement. The beauty is unbelievable and well worth... More
