Like Shoreditch in Florence

Unique atmosphere in Florence, artsy, young and lively- very much like Shoreditch in London, but with a different menu. Their crepes are excellent, and the staff is lovely.

You buy drinks and they offer you food. Not t bone :) but a lot of simple snacks, pretty healthy. This plus a cool atmosphere, concerts and the possibility to order crepes from a real French/Britannic cook :) definitely a cool place in Florence

Volume definitely serves coffee in the Italian style, but the leather chairs and communal tables are very reminiscent of NYC. Great coffee, great prices. Good place to meet up with friends.

I love the bar, the place is comfortable and well located right at the piazza Santo Spirito. Everyone was friendly and professional, Chicco was just outstanding!! I will definitely go back to this place if i ever come back to Florence.

We stopped here for coffee on our way to a museum show and that was perfect for this venue. It is a little counter culture hole in the wall just next to Santa Spirito with coffee, fresh-squeezed juices, the usual pastries and sandwiches and other light fare. It is a place where people come to sit for a while and... More

Around this area we found an expectation to have food with our glass of wine and pay extra - or forego a table and stand at the bar. Volume are much more accommodating and the snacks they provide are free rather than in the cost of drinks. Good vibe and affordable. €27 for a bottle of wine, small beer and... More

Located on Piazza Santo Spirito 'Volume' is a on cool bar. A great place to spend an evening. We were there for apperitivo time and were pleasantly surprised. Sitting outside on the terrace drinking watching the world pass by slowly (one of the greatest pleasures of being on holidays) in beautiful surroundings in fantastic weather. Later on we moved inside... More
