We stopped here for coffee on our way to a museum show and that was perfect for this venue. It is a little counter culture hole in the wall just next to Santa Spirito with coffee, fresh-squeezed juices, the usual pastries and sandwiches and other light fare. It is a place where people come to sit for a while and... More

Around this area we found an expectation to have food with our glass of wine and pay extra - or forego a table and stand at the bar. Volume are much more accommodating and the snacks they provide are free rather than in the cost of drinks. Good vibe and affordable. €27 for a bottle of wine, small beer and... More

Located on Piazza Santo Spirito 'Volume' is a on cool bar. A great place to spend an evening. We were there for apperitivo time and were pleasantly surprised. Sitting outside on the terrace drinking watching the world pass by slowly (one of the greatest pleasures of being on holidays) in beautiful surroundings in fantastic weather. Volume is one of the best aperitivo places I could advice someone to go. The reason is that I love Santo Spirito as an area in Florence becuase not a lot of tourists go there. Employees are very welcoming and fun and creative. I really loved the decoration and the atmosphere especially the music they would play such as beatles... More

best cheesecake i've ever tasted! you could even choose a topping to go with it: nutella, jam or creame. while i chose the nutella, i think even without it, their cheesecake was simply divine! it was super soft and creamy; you could really taste the cheese; not like other cheesecakes that's mixed with gelatin, making it too firm. volume's cheesecake... Kind of cool & small dark jazz bar over the river. Good wine good prices, great music & atmosphere, seemed to be very much a locals bar. Free snacks early evening too.

We were eating at an excelent restaurant beside it, the borgo antico and we saw amazing people getting into the volume: diferent kinds of bears, hairstyles, clothes... After lunch we decide to go there and it was a fabulous place with styling and surpresinling very nice people!
