This class was one of the highlights of my trip! We made our own pasta from scratch, all by hand. We made both papardella and ravioli. We made boulanaise and finished with tiramisu. Then we ate everything we made along with a great red wine. It was amazing and an experience I'll never forget.

I attended the cooking class this morning. We were lucky to have only 5 participants. Our chef, Alessio was wonderful. Great personality, he made everything seem so easy, even making the dough for ravioli and tagliatelle. the best tiramisu ever. An amazing experience and a great lunch.

My wife and I attended the cooking class, and it was fantastic. Our chef, Giovanni, was just amazing. The facility was great, and everything was explained to us very clearly. The food was extraordinary! We would recommend this experience to everyone!! Craig & Maryellen L.

Really enjoyed our Pizza & Gelato making class. We were upgraded to the Class in Chianti (originally booked the one in Florence) , but I would have gladly paid the extra Euro… It was so much fun and the region is gorgeous. We did the class with my children (12 &15) and my mother (70+) and we all enjoyed ourselves.... More

I was skeptical going into this class because we are not tour group activity type of people, but it came highly recommended by friends and turned out to be one of the best experiences of our whole trip. The food was amazing, hosts were friendly and funny, and we loved it so much we went back the next day for... More

We attended The pizza and gelato making at the villa with Andreas and the VIP cooking class at the Villa with Giovanni. My husband and I travelled with our 3yr old and we were nervous about bringing him, but our son had a great time both times. He was treated very well by all the participants and staff. The Food... This class was amazing! We learned how to make tiramisu, ravioli and bolognaise as well as sampling breads with pesto, truffle oils and balsamic vinegar. The class was so much fun, we learned a lot and it was all so tasty. I would highly recommend this. So worth the money!

Excellent cooking class with lovely people, Andrea, Davide and Lily. I really welcomed the relaxed, friendly feel of the day. We were lucky to have a small group - there were six of us, including an opera singer from New York, who sang for us briefly after lunch. I cooked for my family after coming home, and the verdict was... More
