As a fifteen year old, I did not expect to love taking this cooking class with my family (mother, father, 11 year old brother) when we recently travelled to Florence. The chefs were excellent; very funny and lighthearted while also being very informative and helpful. We learned how to make pizza from scratch, and it was easier than I thought!... More

This was the best experience we had, our teenager girls and my seven year old son enjoyed making pizza and helping the chefs to combine the gelato ingredients. The chefs help everybody on the pizza preparation, checking the consistency of the dough and providing feedback. At the end everybody received their certificates and recipes in a fun atmosphere. if you... More

We had a great time learning to make pizza and gelato with Chefs Paul & Julio! It was a lot of fun to make our own dough and create our own pizzas, plus the wine was a nice treat. Spend an evening here for an interactive meal that can't be beat!

Don't think twice about taking this class. From the trip to the market to making tiramisu and pasta from scratch, this was so much fun. Chef Giovanni was great as he and his team illustrated the proper preparation methods for each dish. He even took the time to explain in detail the type of products to use to get the... More

My husband and I took this class and initially were apprehensive about the likely number of 25. In the end we were 19 and with two chefs assisting it was great fun. Davide and Paul were patient, knowledgeable, and relaxed in their style. We learnt bruschetta, but did not make but got the best part to eat. Made two pastas... More

As someone who has worked with British chefs and cook schools I felt Giovanni and Andrea pitched the day very well. Great combination of local product knowledge, hands on experience and some great Tuscan passion. Their English is really phenomenal and they managed the very tricky balance of demo and practical given the vast range of ages and ability/ experience... More

We arrived at the head office for our small group cooking class, and were offered a free upgrade to the VIP cooking class due to the number of people who'd signed up for the standard class - Our answer was (of course) YES PLEASE! We had a fantastic day with our knowledgeable chef/teacher Guiseppe, who made the whole experience fun... More

Thought we'd start the very beginning of our Tuscany vacation by getting an education in the wines we were going to experience. Arrived in a small class (we were four of the five) to just taste wines. Nice facility that was a bit hard to find (at Via Panicale 43). Learned a little about how to discern wines (by color... More

I did this class in June 2014. It was very enjoyable and the chefs were good however, the advertisement "small group cooking class with famous local chef Giovani" was a little misleading. The class had 24 or 25 people so we were all squashed around the tables. Giovanni was nowhere to be seen and instead we had an Australian guide... More

I moved to Florence around a month ago and wanted a chance to meet some people. I signed up for this cooking class and loved it! I would highly recommend!
