The tour was exactly what we were looking for. Not too "stuffy" with plenty to learn and an awesome crew to spend the day with.

Our guide for the evening was Elizabetta. She gave an excellent review of the history of the area plus explaining the food and wine along with any available history. We stopped at local businesses to support the local economy. We appreciated this feature. Definitely consider this tour when vacationing in Florence. We shall use this company in the future.

Aside from days at the beach this was definitely our favorite part of our Italy trip! The gelato making demonstration was fun and very tasty. Who knew our fav would be lemon ricotta with a homemade fig jam? We had an amazing lunch overlooking tuscan vineyards. Then we drove to san Gimignano which was touristy, but very scenic and had... This was a really welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. The guide was excellent and very knowledgable. The wineries were nice and the food was a great accompaniment

We took part in the Super Chianti tour with Tom. It was a wonderful day, possibly the best of our holiday. We were lucky we had a brilliant group and got on really well with everyone. Tom was a brilliant guide and very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and we never felt rushed to move on to the next place.... More

when a spectacularly friendly tour guide picks you up. Drives like a local through beautiful scenery and brings you to wineries of respected producers that just happen to be very good friends of the guide so you get special treatment is priceless. small, intimate, friendly, and a time you will never forget.

After reading so many stellar reviews for this Company it is not easy for me to leave a less than five stars rating. I will try to justify myself below. We booked an afternoon half days wine tour and arrived at the office about 30 mins earlier than the scheduled start time. However we were not allowed to enter the... More

First off, our guide Asa was amazing, funny and extremely knowledgeable about wine, she is by far the best tour guide I have had for any tour and if you can request her you should! Secondly, this tour far exceeded our expectations from everything from the wine, to the tours and the the food. Getting to meet a world famous... More

This is the wine tour to take, folks. The rolling countryside of Chianti is the impressive back drop to the tour and it does not disappoint. We visited quaint, quiet vineyards with homemade cheeses and samples of wine. Our guide Tom was knowledgeable and easy going. We enjoyed several stops, including lunch and a a little touring of a local... More

Fantastic tour. My first ever wine tour and i enjoyed every second. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The wine was incredible and the cheese and food provided was all top notch. A memorable part of our honeymoon. Not cheap but worth every penny in our opinion. Well worth doing, plus in the summer its a break from... More

Staying in Pitti

Neighborhood Profile
Pitti
Pitti is a neighborhood characterized by art and history. Renaissance architecture such as Pitti Palace, which houses five museums alone, introduces visitors to the green lungs of spectacular Boboli Gardens. Any visitor can wander through statues, fountains, and panoramic viewpoints. Around the garden, treasures like the Museum of Natural History of the Specola and Villa Bardini guide guests through Florence as the cradle of the Renaissance. End the day with an aperitif in Piazza della Passera or the more romantic Forte di Belvedere, which offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire city.
