Family of 4 (children 18 & 20) spent the day with Todd and 4 other fun travelers on his tour. Todd was not only very informative regarding the wines and wineries, he was great at sharing the history of the region. The day we very full and well planned with a relaxing, enjoyable and very tasty lunch. The wines were... More

Recommended by our daughter-in-law as a "must do" in Florence, we had high expectations about a wine tour with a transplanted American. Well ... it could not have been better. Todd has an extraoridnary command of the culture, the narrative, the wine and the food. We visited two wineries and had a great lunch. The wines were superb and available... More

Great experience with Todd's wine tour. I contacted Todd three months prior to our visit to Florence; he responded quickly and reserved two seats for his 7 hour Chianti tour. We met him at 10am in a central site in Florence and off we went with 6 others in his VW minivan. We drove 30 min out of town while... More

Todd is knowledgable, articulate and great at what he does, which in this case is wine. He is a trained sommelier and takes you to wineries with rich heritage. He helps you navigate the strange world and process of Italian and Tuscan wines. It is a comfortable ride too! It was great to join as a solo and still feel... More

My now husband and I visited Florence, Italy for our new year elopement. We decided to take a wine tour and selected Tuscan Trails. We were very fortunate to have Todd Bolton as our guide. Todd was wonderful from the first email we received. We were a little concerned due to our timing of being in Italy between Christmas and... More

Todd Bolton is exceptionally knowledgeable and captivating on the subject of wine. I've done this tour twice and came away both times significantly more informed and enthusiastic about wine and its production. The wineries we visited, including Castello del Trebbio, were beautiful and historically significant. It was a very memorable day, including a delicious and authentic lunch. Definitely recommended!

My husband and I went to Italy for our honeymoon and this wine tour was the perfect way to spend out last day in Florence. Todd was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We visited two wine tours with a stop for lunch in between. The lunch was delicious and included a few bottles of wine for the table.... More

Not just a wine tour, but a history lesson as well. A full day adventure with a hearty lunch, olive oil and wine tastings. Todd is very personable, smart and just a first class guide. I would recommend to anyone...

We have gone on wine tours in Napa, Sonoma, and Walla Walla, but this was our most enjoyable experience on a wine tour. Todd combined historical knowledge/background and living as an expat in Italy, with winery/wine production and overall wine knowledge to produce an outstanding day. Todd's presentation style was great. You wanted to listen and learn and felt no... More

Todd is, simply put, the best wine tour guide I have ever had. He planned us an absolutely outstanding day. He picked us up at our villa, took us to four terrific wineries (with a break for a fantastic lunch), and returned us home afterwards. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local area's history, and about wine. He also speaks... More
