I have done Segway tours in a number of places and have a Ways felt it was a cool way to see a new place but the Italians frowned or made comments every time was passed by. The tour guide was very good but I would skip this,ode of sightseeing next time in Florence

Both an excellent way of getting an overview of the city's main attractions but also an altogether enjoyable experience. You couldn't fault the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Segway's are good fun. Recommend.

We would recommend this activity very highly to anyone 11+ years. We are a family of 3 who were joined on the tour by a lovely couple from Columbia so there were just 5 of us on the tour which was perfect. Frederica, our guide was extremely friendly, caring and informative. All in all, 3 hours very well spent.
