Alessandro, our guide, was full of interesting stories and anecdotes which made everything so much more fun. The food was superb; the only other thing I would've wanted to taste was chocolate... The schedule is very flexible; we had a planned stop at a cafe later on but when we walked by, they had just brought a plate of freshly... More

We did this tour our first day in Florence and it was absolutely amazing! We got to try so many great foods and visit different shops, as well as learn about Italian traditions and info. on all of the foods we tried. It was great to go our first day because we ended going back to some of the shops... More

This was a terrific food tour! The food we tasted was great (without exception), the knowledge we gained about Florentine food was nice to learn, and Alesandro (spelling might be incorrect) was the perfect tour host! We are three couples that would like to do the tour again!!

From start to finish the tour was terrific. Allesandro, our guide, was attentive not only to us but to everyone on the tour. The combination of information and anecdotes, along with Allesandro's personality, made the 4 hours fly by. Our 2 children (11 and 12 yrs old) even felt inspired to try things they wouldn't have had we ourselves suggested... More

This was a wonderful learning experience for all ages. If want to breakup the traditional sightseeing paths with something different, then this is a must. Our family of 6 included my retired parents, teenage daughter, and 12 year old son, we all had a great time. Not only did you get to try the huge array of foods on offer,... More

This was for sure the highlight of our two week tour in Italy. Our family of 6, including two teenage girls and retired parents, couldn't say enough good things about this tour. We learned a lot and ate a lot. Definitely don't eat breakfast. Toni has a fabulous personality and you could see she was well liked among the locals.... More

What a fun time trekking around Florence with Toni!!! We loved the central market, the lesson on balsamic, the chocolates, the black truffle sandwich, the gelato, the prosciutto, the sfoglia.. Toni couldn't have been more accommodating for we arrived after lunch and she rescheduled our tour to start in the afternoon. She even gave us a map of the places... More

A wonderful way of seeing Florence and experiencing life as a Firenze. Alessandro was informative and entertaining. The food, wine, and gelato were overwhelming. I would definitely suggest this if it us your second trip to Florence and you've already seen the major sights.
