A beautifully curated museum with an outstanding collection. Beyond the obvious Etruscan items (which are world-class), there's a great collection of art on the higher floors that is well worth the time. Great views of the town and Tuscany from the balcony! More

Eight of us attended the New Years Day fund raising event. Several local restaurants and Molesini Enoteca supplied the excllent food and drinks. It was well planned well attended and being able to tour the museo was truly a treat. I would recommend it to any one in the area January 1 2013, and well worth the 10E cost per... More

I was in awe with this museum. It had an impressive amount of ancient artifacts, weapons, jewelry, ceramics, paintings from throughout the history of Cortona and Italy. More

on a wet day we decided to go and visit the Etruscan museum in Cortona . What an interesting and amazing experience learning more about the Etruscan , the preRoman settlement here in Cortona . dont miss it More

To learn everything you could possibly want about the ancient Etruscans, spend a morning in this museum, preferably with a knowledgeable guide. Splendid collection--the gold jewelry is extraordinary! More

We hadn't planned on visiting the museum, as entry is 10 euro, however, we did a 2-hour walking tour of Cortona that can be arranged at the tourist office. This tour cost 10 euro and includes the museum. We were amazed at how much stuff was inside the building. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but they have... More
