From the moment we met Alessandra for a coffee and a snack we knew the day would be great! After a walk through town to pick up ingredients, we followed Alessandra to her beautiful home. While cooking, we learned about her life and family. The day is leisurely and fun and very hands on! Plan to spend your whole day... More

My husband and I traveled to Italy on our honeymoon and we both say, with no hesitation, that our day with Alessandra was one of the highlights of the entire trip!! We met for coffee, talked about our (little) knowledge of Italian cooking, shopped for the goods to make our fabulous meal, and then enjoyed the day with her at... More

We met with Alessandra in the piazza, and were immediately impressed with her down to earth nature, and respect of us who were wanting to gain the knowledge of a real Italian cooking experience. After some discussion over cappucino we discussed the menu and then proceeded to visit the local merchants for the most freshest produce - it was very... More

My wife and I took Alessandra's amazing cooking class on our trip to Tuscany recently. We've always loved cooking and travel and decided that wherever we go we would take a cooking class. Best. Decision. Ever. Alessandra's cooking class was the perfect way to have a deeper understanding of the food and culture of Italy. The fact that the cooking... More

We met with Alessandra in the piazza, we were instantly put at ease by her warmth and humour. We went to the local butcher, grocer and produce store, everywhere we went people greeted Alessandra like a long lost friend, and I felt like we were in the presence of someone very special. We soon learnt that Alessandra Federici's Cucina Cooking... More

Ahhhhh! Crazy Aussies!! This is a class that is hard to forget! At my house and at your beautiful rental (even if with an oven that needed two engineering degrees to operate!) I would love to come and cook in your beautiful country...who knows! In the mean time call me when you're back. It will be triple fun! More

I attended Alessandra's cooking class on May 25, 2015 it was an all day experience of cooking and everyday life in Italy. We met in town that morning and had coffee and got to know the group. More colourful than Gordon Ramsay, more skilful than Jamie Oliver and more sexy than Nigella. Our day spent with Alessandra would have to be the highlight of our trip in Italy so far. Her enthusiasm, warmth, friendship and not to forget her fabulous culinary skills were amazing. From when we met at the piazza at 9.30am to when we were... More

What a wonderful way to spend a day in Tuscany! We met Alessandra and our group in town and got to know each other over coffee. We then proceeded to the butcher shop and to a nearby co-op to buy the produce for the day's meal. Alessandra brought us to her home, which is charming; we could not have felt... More

We absolutely loved Alessandra's class. We shopped, swapped stories, cooked, drank some wine, cooked some more, ate our delicious creations. It was a great day. It ended up that we were the only group in the class that day. And since it was only us, we got her undivided attention. We got to make changes to the menu, made little... More
