The views are stunning from the outdoor part of the restaurant, you can see mount Etna, and the coast of Taormina. The staff are friendly - and the food is nice. Price wise is more expensive than usual, but it cheap for the location.

If you want to pay 15 dollars for a beer with 2 peanuts, 3 old and dry olives served by unfriendly staff, then, this is just the place for you! They hammer clients with unreasonable prices and poor service. The view for sure is great but you can enjoy it also on one of the public bench nearby with a... More

Wunderbar has pride of place amongst Taormina's bars as you can sit outside and look at the wonderful sea view or look the other way across the piazza and indulge in some peoplewatching. It's not cheap but places along the Corsa generally aren't - you're paying for the service and the view. An Aperol spritz here is 11euro compared to... More

Take time out where you have no pressure from the staff, you can sip your drink at your leisure. Good during the day with the views from the Piazza. Even better in the evening - it's a great place to chill out and the live music is such a treat (but don't sit too close!). Free entertainment people watching. Go... More

People who wrote that this place is overpriced understand NOTHING in life! You pay the view, the wonderful atmosphere of Taormina, the magic of the moment, the saxophonist playing romantic music or the pianist, which make the staying simply special. It is like sitting in a cafe' in Navona Square in Rome or in San Marco Square in Venice, you... More

In Sicily we had relaxed and had felt the people nice and the prices reasonable. This place jolted us back to our sense's and put us on guard, which was a shame as everywhere else in Sicily had been great. Huge rip off, 11.50 Euros for drinks that are 3 everywhere else. Not asking for menu first was our mistake.

Went in for a drink. Just had the one and left. €7.50 for a local beer. Stayed away the rest of my trip. Enough said

First time in my life I wanted to hit the waiter, he was very impolite, but getting customer is too easy for them because of the view. dirty place, way too expensive compared to other places in Taormina, which is not cheap. I will never go there again and I warned you!

The one star is for the view. The place is way overpriced and the snacks we had were all substandard.
