Worth every penny - spectacular across the island all the way to Etna - one of the hightlights of our trip!
Following a walk through the mountain village, we ended up relaxing in the tree shades in this park whilst enjoying the awesome views. Would love to spend some days there as our visit was brief. Even though it is a touristic area, It looks calm enough to enjoy it.
We visited the park in the morning, and it was still very quiet. The parks was well kept, and a had very nice views of Mount Etna and Giardini Naxos.
An hour or two in the confines of this lush small garden is a welcoming respite from the heat of the sun and the people in town…it has the most beautiful views of the coast and Mt Etna which was smoking (soon to be doing its thing). Grab a bottle of water and another gelato and enjoy!

It's mostly visited by local people who are here to read their newspaper, chatting with their friends (and with all those fabulous hand gesticulations), and... More
An eccentric park with follies but its main attractions are the peaceful shade and the view from its terrace. Well worth a short walk/diversion in your wanderings around Taormina.

We accidentally happened upon this park while exploring the back streets of Taormina. It has some interesting structures within it and some fantastic views. It was a tranquil place and we enjoyed strolling here and relaxing from the crowds throughout the city.
The garden is by no means big or fantastic, but it is a calm place. The big trees offer pleasent shadow and the buldings are funny. The views are splendid. All in all, it is nice to stroll there, but don't expect too much.
