We had a wonderful experience with Tour of Sicily -Day Tours. In 5 days we had 3 different guides, Alfeo for Mt Etna, Vincenzo for Siracuse and Josephina for the trip from Taormina to Palermo and all the attractions between Palermo and Taormina. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We felt the... More

We a driver guide from Tradizione Turismo for a one day excursion from our cruise. The company was quick in responding to my emails with questions and requests. Gasparre was our driver and he was on time to meet us; however, our group missed seeing him when we got off the ship (probably because we were avoiding the picture op).... More

Contacted Tour of Sicily (Tradizione Turismo) to arrange a day trip to my grandparents village of Santa Caterina and to also arrange a land transfer from Palermo to Taormina. Michela responded promptly to my inquiry and to all subsequent questions in regard to planning both trips. In Palermo, my husband and I were escorted by car by Vincenzo who was... More

We stayed at the Hotel Villa Igea and had rented a car prior. This was a great spot for a day trip to Selinunte to see the ancient Greek ruins from Selinus circa 7BC. Worth the trip - bring a hat and sunscreen! There is a snack shop to buy water on site.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary by taking all of the children, spouses and grandchildren to Italy for two weeks. The first week was in Sicily, where my family is from. We were recommended to this company by a trusted travel guide who had arranged a Sicilian family reunion in 2005. We flew into Palermo, visited Cefalu,... More

Our tour of Sicily was sometimes with a small group or just the 2 of us. Tour of Sicily [Tradizione Turismo] did the arranging for us. We were based in Palermo, Taormina and Syracusa, with day trips to various points of interest. If you go to Sicily you should go to the Ancient Roman Villa at Piazza Armerina to see... More

This was one of the best parts of our 2 1/2 months in Italy. I'm not usually one to take tours but with two little children a tour seemed like the least painful option. In fact, the tour was brilliant. Our driver, Toni, was very well informed, wonderful and accomodating with the children and just a pleasure to be around.... More

My family of 4 used Tour of Sicily to plan our amazing trip. I was hesitant at first to book a trip like this solely by emails, but my mind was immediately put to ease when my first email was answered quickly and very professionally. Right from the start Valy helped me plan what turned out to be a perfect... More

We took a day tour from Palermo to Agrigento with a wonderful guide. The ancient Greek ruins at Agrigento are definitely worth seeing. Our guide made the trip really interesting and kept the tour at a good pace. She was very knowledgeable about the island and was very personable. Our hotel was a few blocks from the Teatro Politeama, so... More
