We spent 3 nights at the Anna Tasca Cooking School at Case Vecchie about 100kms from Palermo in a beautiful part of the Sicilian countryside. The fabulous Fabrizia continues and extends the traditions of her famous mother Anna. We had a wonderful, enchanting time with her, learning about Sicilian cuisine and cooking meals which were then shared around a groaning... More

The cooking school and dinner at the winery was the highlight of our trip to Sicily! Costanza, Fabrizia's niece, and her staff couldn't have been more welcoming! I learned a lot & thoroughly enjoyed the class. The food & wine was amazing and the setting was breathtaking! My dream is to return to Sicily some day & do it all... More

Anna Tasca Lanza coking school is located somewhere hidden and tugged away in the je lands of sicily. It's an adventure to get there, small winding roads, full of holes, no sign posts, through the fields and vineyards. When you get there, don't pass it, as there's no sign that you have arrived ... You might see a young woman... More

We came with such high hopes for this cooking school , but found it to be the most expensive and least structured one we have been to. The setting was stunning , but although advertised as 3 days, it was 3 evening meal preparations and 2 visits, one to their vineyard and the other to the ricotta cheese making farm,... More

Ever since I owned The Heart of Sicily cookbook, I dreamed to this cooking school!!! I know an Sicilian that lives in Eugene, Or, and owns Beppe and Gianni's Restaurant. He spoke so highly of Anna, Regalaili wine, her wineyard, and cooking school, I knew, I had to go. My fourth visit to Sicilia, I made it happen!! I, had... More

We have done cooking schools at a number of places in Italy, and this was a fun experience for cooks and food fans of all skill levels. Costanza is very committed to preserving Sicilian culinary culture and customs and we learned a lot about the local fare. We did 2 classes and stayed on the estate for one night. The... More

After reading so many positive reviews I decided to extend my business trip to include a stay at the Anna Tasca Cooking School. I asked for a 3 night stay and was offered a 5 night (which was longer than I wanted) and so accepted the longer option. When I got there I learned I was the only one staying,... More

We did a half day cookery course here at the end of a lovely week spent in Palermo. We took the train from Palermo central which was a lovely journey with great views, we were met from the train and transported to Case Vecchie by car. Our course was run by Costanza who was very friendly and knowledgable she was... More

I think this was my favorite 2 days in Sicily!!! We let our GPS direct us from Agrigento to Case Vecchie and what we got was an off-the-beaten path ride through the mountains covered with the most beautiful wildflowers....breathtaking. We did have a bit of a struggle finding our way the last few miles, but made it! The building that... More

My sister and I did the Lunch and Lecture one day class as part of our trip to Sicily and it was one of the highlight of our trip. We drove down from Cefalú. We had a little trouble finding Case Vecchie. The directions on the website say, "Where the road divides between Regaleali and Case Vecchie, follow sign for... More
