We loved this! The guide was Sebastiano - not the usual tour guide who doesn't shut up, but a trained geologist who's been around Etna for 20 years. Pickup from the hotel at 9 am - you pay in cash - no card, Total of 8 people in a Land Rover Defender (plus Sebastiano) and he picks everyone up from... More

It was amazing to visit a volcano in person and so lucky to have the professional tour guide, Silvia, going with us. The mountain walking, cave exploring and snacks really impressed us. And we were well taken care of all the way along :-)

Sebastiano was our guide and, being a trained geologist was very knowledgable about about the mountain and its geological history.

It was a great tour. The jeep was waiting for us on time. Sebastiano is very friendly and enthusiastic guide. We could receive lot of interesting knowledges about the volcano. The mountain Etna is amazing. :)

First i would like to say. We just recieved a phone call from Etna expierence which we had booked with. Not knowing that it wasnt them as the tour guide asked for us by name at our hotel reception at the exact time the booking was for. We did not book with geo etna so we are so confused on... More

I am going to start by saying this, I never wrote a review before. I give 1 star just because I can not give 0. Just read the other reviews with one star, they are absolutely correct. We have seen only 3 of the 8 "attractions" offered on their web site, we supposed to see. Now they will reply to... More

I recommend using Geo-Etna who are very professional. Fabio was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. Taormina is beautiful and not to be missed if visiting Sicily. Really enjoyed the day!

We discovered Geo-Etna through a referral from the front desk of at the Sheraton Catania, I was very impressed from the start, Fabio was right on time, and very courteous. He explained to us everything ahead of time; what to expect during the Etna excursion, what to wear to be comfortable and what would be provided. He went further by... More
