Amazing trip to the most active volcano in the European continent, with some small explosions and amazing view over the sea and city of Catania. We had a guided tour with some other quests where we find out about the latest eruptions and history of the other ones, you can still feel the warm ash. This place is a "... More

Great trip at sunset, well worth the €39. Interesting mix of terrain, great light, brilliant view of full moon, heard some explosions, really interesting section in caves (with hard hats and torches). Lively, fun and informative guide (Paolo), a bundle of energy!

My partner and I took the sunset tour and found it very average. For 110 euros we had expectations that the trip would provide more than just a ride to the Etna! We were picked up with four other guests and taken in a four wheel drive to the mountain. On the way we were told some basic facts about... More

You can do the trip yourself, but with a guided tour you are told the history the volcano and the area. You are also shown the (many) craters that have been formed over the thousands of years that Etna has been developing. Etna is known as the 'lady' and she certainly has her own characteristics and by stopping at various... More

The trip is worth doing but not with ETNA Sicily Touring I had a dreadful experience booking on-line with them. Their website draws you in with a headline cost, but (I discovered later) in tiny letters it says that you pay an extra if you haven't pre-booked 10 days in advance (both of us who made the booking didn't spot... while i am a 42 year old IT professional, dinosaurs and volcanos bring out the child in me. The chance to see actual volcano up close was too much to miss. im a born skeptic however the young lady who picked us up knew her stuff, she took us in to a 100m cave formed by the lava flow (hard... More

I did the Etna Grand Tour which also went to Acicastello and Achitrezza. Paolo was the perfect guide; knowledgable, entertaining and punctual. Etna was spectacular. Though you can visit it by yourself you get a much better insight from having someone who really knows it explain it to you. We stopped at various spots on the way up, sites of... More

One of the most visti for sure you dont have to miss is the ETNA. When you go to Sicily Visti the Volcano. It's name Etna. It's the largest volcano in Europe. You can see nice view, and what had left behind the lava.

We were on the top of Etna volcano when it was in action. Great experience! Highly recommended place to visit in Sicily.

We chose Sicily for our honeymoon in May and upon arriving we began to regret it. We decided to make the best of it though and booked a morning tour with Etna Sicily Touring. Our guide was Paolo and from the moment he picked us up from the hotel we knew we were going to have a great trip. His... More
