This is one of the best beaches I've ever visited. Miles of white sandy beach, a gently sloping sea makes for a great and safe family beach location. Lots of snack bars and umbrellas along the beach mean you can literally stay all day. Heaven!

Beautiful beach which can be accessed through a pine forest - this gives some lovely shade if required!

We visited the beach in July and we did not wanted to spend more then 30 minutes here because of the crowded beach. We did not find a spare place so we just changed to swimwear and took a bath before we drove further to Lazzaretto beach who was much nicer. The water was dirty and not very tempting ..... More

This beach is very nice. There is plenty of space as the beach is very long. Shallow, excellent for children. in October the water was still very warm (about 22 degrees Celcius?)

In late Octotber this beach was a great place for relax. Soft, white sand, turqoise sea, few people, surrounded by a pine forest. Short walk from hotelarea in Alghero. Simply loved it!

The beach of Maria Pia is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera del Corallo. In fact connects Alghero and Fertilia (where I spend the summer holidays), with its beautiful beach with dunes and plants where there is also the bathhouse Hermeu ideal place for a day of relaxation and fun. The beach is also fully equipped to... More
