It is cleaned and looked after by people who rent beds, very expensive and not so keen on us English being there. Shame as was being told they had no beds and I pointed out all the free... More

Relaxing place, quiet - I have been there at the end of September. I took long walks along the seashore, the beach is at least 1 km long. Water was clean, you can easily spot fishes in it. All in all an excellent place if you look a quiet place, not too crowded, combined with a bit of scenery -... More

Lovely beach just up from alghuero itself. Can easily walk to it. Its a bit quieter than la vido. Bit far from shops tho is my only fault. Its nice cos of trees behind you but thats main difference only from la vido in alghuero itself tbh. I was there at a quiet time but if you want to escape... More

Nice white sand beach next to the "city beach" - it's worth to take a bus or go by foot rather than staying in the "city beach".

Lovely beach. Beautiful clear water, far from town but worth the walk. There was an awful lot of people trying to sell things which is to be expected but gets kind of annoying after a while.

Some people tend to say that this beach should be skipped for other beaches nearby, but WOW, to have such a beautiful, long, clean, well organized beach right in the city within minutes of your hotel and restaurants and all sorts of attractions, well, you can't beat the convenience!!! I rarely see such great beaches in so central a location.... More

The main tourist beach in Algehro. You can swim, and rent sunbeds. But thats pretty much it. It is much better to take the Beach Bus to one of the other beaches close by.
