We visited the vineyard and had an hours wine tasting. One white and four red wines served with accompanying cheeses, salami, olives and their own olive oil at the end which was unlike any I have tasted before. The lady running the tasting was helpful, informative and made the experience with her friendly manner. We brought three bottles of wine... More

Ana Maria and Valeria guided us through the wines and the wineyard in a very pleasant way. Walking through the winefield, tasting the grapes ripe and warm by the sun was very nice. I always thought that grapes you use to make wine wasn't edible but infact they were very nice, both the Merlot and the Cannonau. Next time I... More

This is a small but charming winery. The owner is a very friendly lady who presented 1 white and 2 red for our tasting. The setup for the tasting at the garden was lovely. She told us about the history of this family business and explained the characteristic of the wines we tasted. 3 different cheeses with bread were offered... More

Having read the many favourable reviews and having sampled fine Sardinian food , it was time for a tutorial. Situated in the countryside on the outskirts of Alghero, this small winery and olive oil producer offers education and insight into Sardinian food and wines. Azendia also doubles as a luxury guesthouse/resort with guest rooms and a lovely pool area. Central... More

While in Sardinia we went on this wine tasting trip. It is in a beautiful setting. When we got there we were led into a lovely old room which they told us used to be stables and a barn. The room was set up with wine and cheese ready for us to try. We were given information of each of... More

The owner guides the tour. She is passionated for the grapes and the olives! Her enthusiasm is contagious. We also tasted 5 wines + custom cheese and salumi. An other person of the staff guided this tasting. She was even enthousiastic. A nice experience!

We were well taken care of! Lot of stories about the property, history of the area, making wine, making olive oil. Both guides were pretty fluent in English. Well worth the visit and the cost (20€ pp). We especially liked the olive oil, very special. Tips: . Get in touch in a timely fashion, there aRe not always groups to... More

Our visit here was simply superb! The lady who led the wine tasting was articulate and funny giving the history of the heritage and growth of the vineyard until present day. The set up was well thought out tasting the various wines produced along with food samples from pecorino cheese to salami. Our group were then led out into the... More

What a beautiful small family vineyard, very welcoming and friendly owner and staff. Very good wines, perfectly matched with salami and cheeses, lovely air conditioned comfortable room. Informative and thoroughly enjoyable experience. I would happily visit again, would love to spend a few days in the few rooms they provide as a small boutique hotel. Highly recommended.
