VeronAround provides a wonderful way to experience the wine country near Verona with good guides and easy pickup and transport. We loved touring the vineyards, meeting the wine makers, and sampling the delicious wines. Our young guide was charming and full of local information. Both this tour and the Soave wine tour with VeronAround were among our best experiences on... More

From the very start when emailing Daniel he was excellent, with suggestions of where to go and what to do for our day trip to Lake Garda. As a family we had a full day with Daniel and he started the tour from the moment of pick up with excellent information on the way to our first stop. Wonderful itinery,... More

Daniel picked me up at the train station which began our wonderful tour of Verona. We visited historical sights (Piazza Brà, the Roman arena, the market square, medieval Piazza Signori, ancient bridges and the House of Juliet), scenic places (the "Hill", Fiume Adige, little Verona), and stopped into traditional wine, salami and cheese shops for aperitive. I could tell by... More

My friend and I really enjoyed our morning - great value for money considering the length of the tour and all that we learnt about local wine. Daniel was terrific - really knew the area and provided some interesting facts. The winery we visited treated us so well - we had a sit down wine tasting with five varieties of... More

My family and I booked two tours with Veronaround tours. The first tour was the the cheese and olive tour. Daniel was our host and he was wonderful. He had a great knowledge of the area and was very kind and patient with us. The lunch at the dairy farm exceeded our expectations - it was fabulous. Our second tour... More

We booked the Mosaics workshop with Daniel through Veronaround/Tryverona. He was great to work with, very clear with the informational emails, and made the process easy. Sabrina was available to pick us up near our rental flat and take us to workshop. We would have had a difficult time finding the address without her. It was a great experience. Thanks!... More

I booked two tours ( Valpolicella and Lake Garda tours) from this company. Sabrina was very helpful and kept in contact with me before getting to Verona. Both tours were fantastic and Sabrina was a great tour guide and driver. Loved both tours. Tasted some great wines in the Valpolicella area (really nice Amarone) and enjoyed the lake Garda tour... We were a group of four (2 couples). We took the Olive Oil and Cheese Tour around Lessinia with our tour guide Daniel. He was warm and friendly and his English was impeccable as well as his impressive knowledge of the area. The private tour of a family run olive oil farm followed by a tour of a family run... More

We really enjoyed the fascinating - and tasty! - cheese tour, thank you. Nothing was too much trouble for our guide, and it was a wonderful insight into the gastronomic delights of Italy! We really liked Verona as a city, too.

Having already visited Verona, Lake Garda and some Valpolicella wineries several times (we come back every year for the opera festival), when we came back last September we opted for the Risotto tour...and we where amazed. Absolutely off the beaten tracks, we had the chance to discover an unespected world just few minutes drive from Verona with Daniel, our guide.... More
