On a recent trip to Verona I had emailed Verona tours and inquired if it was possible to have a tour of the city the following day. Lorella responded immediately and we booked the tour for 2:00 pm the following afternoon. The four of us (2 couples) spent the next 2+ hours following Lorella around town and learning as much... We had a perfect tour around the city, and everything was perfectly followed up by Lorella. Information and history was well prepared and balanced. I will highly recommend Lorella again.

We are a small tour operator from the UK who run Opera Tours to Lucca and Verona. The level of customer service provided by Lorella and Valeria on our historical Verona tours has been outstanding. Both are lovely, engaging people with a keen attitude and excellent English. We intend to use their services once again in 2015, and beyond. Tour... More

Wonderful place - charming sun light, warm climate and ancient romantic atmosphere. Amazing small streets which leads you to surprising spots in the town, like nice markets, magnificent gardens and secret tracks of love left on the town signs, buildings and shops, all together with the sparkling river. An ancient scary castle and a lot of pigeons, bridges and hidden... More

We spent an enjoyable morning with Valeria in Verona. We spent 3 hours with her on a walking tour of the city and its sights. As we walked she provided the background information so necessary to understanding the history of the area. Verona is a very beautiful city even when it rains as it did on the day we visited.... My wife and I spent several days in Verona this past May. Before going we decided we wanted to tour the nearby wine country and arranged to have a private tour led by Valeria Biasi. She helped effortlessly arrange a rental car for the afternoon of the tour before we arrived. The tour itself was wonderful. The area is famous... More

As a lawyer and history major I can recognize an expert in their field who knows their stuff...and how to communicate with an audience. Lorella is without question an expert in her field. My wife and I and another couple were fortunate enough to have Lorella guide us through Verona last September and enjoyed every minute of her tour. She... More

Our tour guide tailored our tour in such a way that our two teenage daughters were fascinated by the history of Verona and the story of Romeo and Juliet. Not an easy task! Her English was excellent and she answered all of their questions in an interesting and engaging way. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone at any... More

Lorella has managed to charm all of our (business) visitors; Without exception everyone always comes back from her tour with a smile. She manages to tune in perfectly to the interests, cultural and concentration levels of her guests and manages to seduce even the most austerely to fall in love with Verona.
