Stumbled accross this brilliant litte store walking through Venice (attracted by the free glass blowing demmo) We watched Stefano make a glass pig and decided to purchase it. Once it had cooled enough to wrap Stefano discovered a crack in it and was more than happy to make another. Mesmorised by the beauty of the masks painted and decorated by... More

I bought a handmade cat mask from this shop last week. The detail and quality is very good, so much better than the cheap imitations you find all over venice.

I have visited this small shop over a dozen times in my 1/2 doze trips to Venice and every time I am charmed by its quaint feel and unique hand made pieces of glass and hand painted masks. It's amazing how talented Daniela and Stefano are in their art. Also that they speak English very well is helpful when talking... More

Out of all the places in Venice, I have never been in another store where the glass is blown in front of you and often times for you. Not only that, but both store owners, Stefano and Daniela, are pleasures to be around. Their art is as professional as it gets, and you know there is passion because they do... More

This is an adorable small shop displaying most of the owners' skilled works. We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and given a personal demonstration of glassblowing techniques along with the resulting work as a gift for a child. The owners are pleasant, professional with absolutely no pressure to purchase. A visit to this shop is a must... More

Discovered this shop tucked away in Castello and purchased a few items -- very warmly greeted by Bufo and his wife -- explained all about the process and art of glassmaking and were very friendly and engaging -- we stayed and chatted for a while. I came back the next day to look for a few more items. My wife... More
