My husband and I were getting quite frustrated looking for a particular restaurant to eat ate but could not find it when we came across Bararo Jazz. It was so welcoming and happened to be happy hour, and yes the sangria was just the thing to settle our nerves. We intended to have a couple of drinks then resume our... more

We found this quaint little pub by accident and loved it. Happy hour 2 for 1 runs from 4-6. The Sangria and Bellinis are great. The bra adorned ceiling is so fun and the locals, tourists and staff were very friendly. Wish we had tried the food. more

This is an "event" bar/ restaurant, with lots of bras on the ceiling, kind of an "hard rock cafe", but in jazz-style. the decoration is nice (if you don't look at the bras on the ceiling) and the staff is friendly. the really horrible thing is the food; this was probably one of the worst pastas and pizzas, i have... more

Hello all ! I'm Josh from Washington DC; I just came back home from a solo trip to Europe and, I must say, the best memories are the wonderful nights spent at Bacaro Jazz in Venice; Traveling solo sometimes hasn't been the easiest thing but once I stepped in at Bacaro I immediately felt so comfortable thanks to the warm... more

I was brought to Bacaro Jazz by some friends a few nights ago to have a drink. As I entered, I thought that it was a nice (even tough very touristy) place. My friend ordered a coffee and a shot to the owener who was behind the counter. We did not understand what happened, but the owener repliedo my friend... more

Me and Ann my girlfriend just came back from our short vacation in Venice and we were lucky to spend such a wonderful time in a unique place in Venice on our third night. The restaurant had a very magic atmosphere and served us some of the most delicious dishes we had in our trip to northern Italy. We visited... more

Hello world, I would just like to say that I am a regular at Bacaro Jazz and a resident in Venice, and that it's one of the best (if not THE best) places to hang out at night in the city, if not the whole of Italy.. That's a bold statement, I agree, however I would like to present some... more

If this place has anything going for it, it would be its location (it is close to the Rialto Bridge) and its theme (music, bras hanging from the ceiling). The menu had some classic and some interesting Italian dishes, including pasta with an ink sauce (which is widely available in Venice). My mom and I were disappointed by the poor... more

Bacaro Jazz has got to be one of the phoniest, most inauthentic places with rip-off prices that I've ever been to. It so blatantly caters to American tourists in Venice that I was disgusted by its complete lack of effort to hide this simple fact. When my partner and I happened to visit it, we sat surrounded by American customers,... more
